I'm a kabal main and I was just looking for some clips for new kombo ideas and I found this. Just wanted to let you know that when you alt the anti-air(down back Y) you can go into the kombo string forward B X+A for a switch side command grab instead of having to use two bars of meter for the extra damage. @@OrNah. Every combo string of Kabal’s is safe on block. They however have NO low attacks in any of them, so if you equip low hook grab, you can create mixups with certain strings. Kabal can also get a combo rverytime he gets a hit on the opponent, by hitconfirming into Nomad Dash. By equipping Hook Grab you unlock very high damage combos (37% for 1 bar: 1 2, Hook Grab AMP, 1 2, Nomad Dash, F, 4, Hook Slam or Extended Hook for restands

Kabal-Chi looks much kooler with no mask. That way you can see all of the markings. Edit: I just uploaded a new online vid with Kabal and I was missing my inputs too. I dialed them in but they just didn't come out. I have input shortcuts on and I think it messes me up sometimes.

It's been done before but it seems everyone falls for it, if you equip Kabal's low hook grab, not low spinner, low hook grab, you get a pretty good mix up with he F2,2 string, either F2,2,4 or F2,2, BF2 (low hook grab) you won't get the KB for the low hook grab, but it does some decent damage for a mix up.

You should incorporate the jump kick into the nomad dash. Works amazing if you have someone who blocks a lot and you cant get a good combo started.

I play Kabal mostly & yeah...it’s wayyyy to easy to drop that Nomad Dash on a Krushing Blow. it seems harder to combo after Krushing Blows in general with Kabal. he’s still my favorite, though.

A counter means you hit him while one of their moves/buttons are coming out... A punish happens when you hit them while they are still in recovery frames. Example: you block sub zeros slide then hit with a combo. This will register as a punish. Example 2: you hit sub zero while he is in the starting animation for his ice ball before it comes out...this will register as a counter hit. Please use training mode to test these for a better understanding. You should see counter or punish pop up if you get it right. Someone please correct me if i have it wrong.
