That nem nuong looks AMAZING even if it wasn't char grilled. The flavors are all there. Next up: bun rieu, bun bo Hue, banh khot, banh xeo, bo la lot, com tam, banh cuon, etc. :) You should show us some xoi dishes, too, and some of that grilled banana dessert where it's wrapped in rice and grilled or the ones with coconut sauce on 'em. Mmmm!!!
