Yeah I get the bread booster but the yeast? It's in a different language. Just wondering if it was just regular yeast? The one in the jar? I tried using Google translate but it gives me a different result each time. It looks like regular yeast but rapid rise looks like that too. I guess I could try both and see which one comes up better. But thank you so much for responding to me!

Yes, use rapid or (Quick) rise yeast in the jar or packets. You'll enjoy making this bread. It's time consuming, but every step makes sense in the finished product. The excessive kneading, water spray and humidity in oven, the oven temp. All produce that addictive outter crunch, pillowy interior and they freeze wonderfully... to reheat just 400F for 5mins
