the kare kare i have always known has coconut milk in it. i think it usually depends on which region of the Philippines you came from. the food are all called the same name but there are a lot of variations to it.

Adobo has a lot of versions. You can add sugar to make it sweet, or cook it in coconut milk. Or even add turmeric with ginger for that kick. There's also white adobo, which has no soy sauce, just vinegar. With adobo, anything goes!! 😊😍

_Magentia_ /MagentaPurpose That’s the thing, you CANT. Injuries can’t cause allergies. I’ve been researching allergies for years and never once has someone gotten an injury and then had an allergy. I have allergies as well. But if your allergic go to an allergist get a blood test and if they results come back positive, stay away from seafood. Other than that, I hope he/she gets better soon.
