Lol just studying probability theory in university. Didnt expect itos formula to show up here. Great fan of your work. You expressed a lot of scepticism i have about fake intellectuals in a clear and concise way. Wish you the best of luck!

Who knew Jim Cramer had his own integral

Good to hear you. When you're teaching something I can't understand mathematically, I start thinking about enrolling. I want to say, if I respect the work of any man, it is the work of Mr. Taleb. - From an unworthy pupil.

The maestro roasts Cramer and Russians on the first page, and Scholes in the title. That's about as far as Fat Tony and I got; we're gonna have to watch again to get through the math.

Thanks, really appreciate the lecture! Though, you really should consider hiring someone to help with the video editing

There is something that puzzles me. In the derivation of the portfolio differential, it seems that Delta is assumed to be constant, however the risk-free condition implies that Delta is not constant at all in general, otherwise the second derivative of F with respect to S would be zero and so it should be the time derivative of F. Did I miss anything?

Consider most of Taleb's work at the moment you choose what to do after school It'd be even more life-changing for me knowing Taleb when I was finishing high school

If you really understand his works then you are among the smartest people... But someone at 18 must read his essay books and they can change hundreds of stupid notions we have when young

@@jasdeepsinghgrover2470 I discovered taleb after reading The almanack of naval ravikant. I'm halfway through skin in the game and it's the most entertaining non fiction book I've read by far. I've spent a fair amount of time doing math on my own and will be going to college in the US this august (I'm from India). I think he's pretty much convinced me to study Math

@@tanmayjyothis5329 Very true.. I am on Anti-fragile now. All the best for all your endeavours. Go deep in rigour but don't forget that we forget to attach a wheel to the suitcase even after landing on moon.

If you take a class even on multi-variable calculus, this will be far easier to understand, just look up "mit ocw 18.02," and you will understand some more of what this means.
