Great information!! can you please also explain: 1. If an Engineer will/can be employer by the employer for EPC/Turnkey contracts? or is it the sole responsibility of the contactor? 2. What is the basic difference in yellow and silver book? these are almost similar as both of them direct the contractor to make necessary design and implement the works.
