Something like x*(sum^n(i*3/3^i)-1) ~= n where x is the number of games needed and n is the number of timelines.

Tapping into split timelines is a thing only science eventually or psychoactives now will achieve;-)

I know this really isn’t the time for this sort of thing, and I’m not doing this out of malice or some sense of superiority, but just so you know; According to modern science, it’s unlikely that split timelines or multiverses are even a thing at all. From my understanding of it, the existence of Differential equations and their compatibility with the universe means that, if you know the initial condition of anything, you can calculate exactly what that thing is going to do. This means that, as people, when we are presented with, say, 4 options, the universe does not split into 4 different timelines where we take a different option. Instead, the option we we pick in the universe we observe is the one we were always going to pick, because of the initial conditions of our brain and of the world around us. This means that there is no alternate timeline where Hitler got accepted into the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts, nor an alternate timeline where Joe Rogan served in and died in operation desert storm. The universe we observe is the only one with us in it. As for multiverses, there is actually zero evidence that they exist, and the whole idea of a multiverse has more in common with religion than anything scientific (not sayin either are bad, just that they have no real base in science).
