Totally gotta agree with this, it’s hard to get into why without spoiling stuff but the game is structured in such a way that being spoiled on certain things can completely ruin how the game was meant to be played. Definitely go in as blind as possible.

@@black_foresst literally whatever you want, your ship has a log that has a web of things that say what you've done so far and where it could lead to, try that.

@@black_foresst explore, basically. as you explore, your ship computer will automatically tag things of note and connect them together in rumour mode, and also lets you know if you haven't fully explored something. after the computer log fills out a bit, you'll probably start to get a good idea of where you should be investigating, and the kind of things you should be experimenting with.

Cheltie is wicked reliable for uploading so soon after the stream, and dazza is great at quick witty edits, but you do such a good job of capturing Jerma *and* the game he's playing. I've noticed from watching a lot of streamers play this that the more confident they sound as they land the first time is in direct portortion to how likely they are to crash land. Jerma was freaking out but he made a very smooth first landing.

@RancorousSea Tying the thrust button to the "move up" button helped me massively with on-foot maneuvering (there's an option in the menu). But if you're purely having problems with the ship then it may just be a skill issue. Or you're just jot stabilising enough.

I don’t think anyone told him I think he just figured it out on his own. Jerma is weird in that sometimes he has trouble doing the easiest things but will accidentally solve something much more complex. Although tbf the quantum imaging thing isn’t too hard to figure out, and it’s totally plausible that he deduced it on his own.
