If you've watched this video and still need more science, check out our new film Hacking Reality! kzbin.info/www/bejne/rHvMZJKwo9JqkKc Is there an 8-dimensional "engine" behind our universe? Join Marion Kerr on a fun, visually exciting journey as she explores a mysterious, highly complex structure known simply as 'E8'--a weird, 8-dimensional object that for some, strange reason, appears to encode within it all of the particles and forces of our 3-dimensional universe.

It seems to be the unknown shape of strings in string theory is probably the E8 Lattice. If they just accepted that your theory and string theory would probably converge. The other 3 dimensions in string theory might be a type of higher, 3-dimensional time dimension in combination of the 8 dimensions of space.

A bit ironically, I stumbled on this looking for stuff trying to understand E10 because a new "unification theory" proposes that kind of infinite Lie group. Well explained anyhow.

Another exceptional video, perfectly crystallizing the link between the algebra, geometries, and E-8's precedence over other sets. Brilliant man, brilliant team, brilliant work!

I like this dude. I’ve watched him b4. Found him post discovery of Garrett Lisi. I also think there’s a very simple observation that’s being overlooked.

I like he talks about reflections. As someone that has seen a visual representation, I've called it the smudge in time. In order for our reality to work when Pure Time has relationships it has to smudge to encompass all reality because of the fact time in that dimension isn't constant. Trying to explain this in writing is a great challenge as I try to explain what I've seen! LoL!

i seent it myself in a combining prism i have. view it, corner to corner and the relfections line up 45 dergrees to your , but allowes you to catch a glimpse into the hall of mirror effect, but cutting off the "access" to see it, infinitely. instead, you get , i suppose, a central image, and that is reflected on its ...... right panel, which appears offset(making the central "mirage" but that reflection is reflected too in the left panel making it appear to expand into a dimension that didn't exist either both that reflection and the internal over lay, can be seen as extending a dimenion. weird, makes sense though when you see it. here. the blue, doesn't exist.... its a mirage a view of a "virtual" tesseract kzbin.info/www/bejne/hWOrg4esdsh2eKs

This is interesting but would have been better had Lie groups been explained first.

If sound is added into the 9D crystal , can it change the infinity aspect of reflections?

It is the spheres that are fundamental if the Universe is explained as a geometrical process of spherical symmetry forming and breaking it forms the potential for abstract mathematics that we see unfolding in the E8 geometry. Such a process would form the potential for entropy or disorganization with a built in potential for ever greater symmetry formation that we see in life.

On the topic, by itself, if infinity is entirely "reflection", or oscillation, vibration, eternal containment and temporal continuity, then the isolation by abstraction of a mathematical analysis and identification technique is self-defining to be an alternative connection? The limit of dimensionality is not what it is practicable to calculate or imagine via the perceptions of empirical analysis, it's the remainder of the Universal wave-package that the concept is abstracted from. (The Big Barbershop) This no-hair approach to the subject results in a good analogy, the mathematical neatness is like a really good haircut. Interesting application of ideas.

It is expected from the unification of Newtonian and cosmic dynamics that there is a need for an additional potential called the dual Newtonian potential and a higher dimentional isotropic flat space - time to account for the solar system dynamics. The expected space - time is composed with 9 space dimensions and 4 time dimensions. It is expected on the other hand from the non zero value of the speed of light at the earth's position and the coincidence of the center of observable universe with the earth's position the existence of Multiverse gathering quite 420 universes of the same mass and the same size as the observable universe. It is found by L. Marek - Crinjac that the complex Lie group E8 of dimension 248 can be considered as a simple real Lie group of dimension 496. Interestingly we can serve with the E8 Lie group of dimension 496 as fundamental structure of Multiverse assuming 420 elements inward and 77 elements outward Multiverse relative to the earth's position. The 420 elements inward Multiverse have been detected by gravity bacause they determine the speed of light at the earth's position and the empirical acceleration obtained by Milgrom in the halo of galaxies. The other 77 elements outward are not detected by gravity because they are outside the geodesic surface at the earth's position cantered on the origin of Multiverse.

How does a sphere have eight dimensions?

If this theory is accurate, does that mean our physical world is some type of projection of an 8D shape (such as a manifold) onto 3 or 4 dimensions? And, if so, what is the nature of this projection? Perhaps we are akin to carp in a shallow stream whose survival largely depends on an understanding and ability to perceive in two dimensions. Can that address the question as to why we don't naturally perceive the 8D shape, that we didn't need to in order to survive? Could it be that SETI is having a tough go of it because most life in the universe is of a higher dimension?

That would make sense. Maybe that's why we haven't made contact (Fermis Paradox) because life is not tuned into our 3rd dimension. Much in the same way that we haven't contacted a cartoon character on a piece of paper.

This channel reignited my hope for life, for everything. This theory if true would confirm god, in a sense. Would confirm that we are the universe experiencing itself subjectively.
