Our greatest challenges is that we all tend to put our heads on one basket, unemployment and the rule of change has been on a high rate and we first timers face in the market is that we end up losing all we have,making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. This video is both inspiring and depressing (for the same reasons). This is great. I love the space. This is what I'd like to do with my house, but am afraid to do (and lack the resources to do so). Since childhood (possibly even as a pre-teen), I've wanted to own an old urban manufacturing facility/warehouse (with a large freight elevator, of course) and convert it to an industrial loft (or lofts). Granted, most of those are now gone or were turned into (bad) condos decades ago. All this typed, I'm fairly certain it would've been easier to build from scratch. Ha.

Very nice work! I would question the low amount of roof insulation and securing copper pipes to concrete blocks without any thermal breaks or protection. You also put insulation between the pipes and the interior heat sources, That freezes pipes in some areas. Also be care on the loft office coach... no rail!
