In order to build a house in China, you need to find some land by surveying the geography. Then, go to the village center to have more information about the land, and request a building permit to the local government for building the house with reasons. After that, consult a designer about your house and the land. That's it.

房子靠山坡牆太近了！潮濕！一樓最潮濕了！ 涼亭四腳木頭樑腳下60公分先燒！把它炭化掉才耐用！ 大陸蓋房從樑柱鐵條……不是很及格得！四條鐵條樑柱？上面那麼多水泥，石磚頭！樑柱鐵條又細……真的很擔心！如果真的要耐用房子防地震和颱風……這是不及格！ 擋雨板子的防水膠黑色Selicong鋪的亂七八糟？太不及格了！

说的有道理，油管上看到的中国改造农村房子的视频，细节以及工艺都不是很讲究。因为你看到的这些视频，几乎都是国内条件一般，或者比较穷的偏远农村家庭，能省则省，很多活自己干的，他们不懂或者不专业。有的甚至只是租的房子，改造用来拍视频而已。条件好的省份农村造房子很土豪、很讲究，非常舍得下本钱，做个地基的费用就顶上这一栋房子的价了。这样的人是不会拍视频放到网络。
