Ikrr even till the very end, judah took care of rocky even tho his feelings wasnt reciprocated. @@MissKashira I belive that being the oldest, Rocky was the one to receive the worst treatment. I assume that his parents found out (or at least just his mom). He's scared, and even though his dad seens accepting of his sister's crush, the trauma and fear had already been instilled into Rocky. It takes time and strong, stubborn love for that to heal. Judah is that strong and stubborn love(er). Sadly, he'll have to absorb the punches of Ricky's trauma if he'd ever want him to be free. Yes, receive the punches. There are going to be repercussions. Attempting to fix the wounds of a physically heavily-wounded person will result in strong reactions, ofc. It'll take a strong and love-filled "medic" to deal with it.

I built up an OP Tolerance to that because I have book series where the next book has been on hold for my entire life.🙄 Or series that will never be completed until the Copyright holders make a deal with someone they like, to write the next part, because the original author died last century.🤦🏼‍♂️ So, when you have more than 200 different series that are currently not going anywhere, and haven't been going anywhere for the entire time you finished the last book published in the sequence, be it last year, or in 2008...you kind of run out of energy to get worked up over a wait time of a few weeks or a few months.

Royces acting is so on point that I had to pause the episode and just silently sob for a good minute or two after that first 2-3mins - Because my heart absolutely broke for Rocky and I could truly feel the pain and torment that he is going through... Same with the back to back wall scene at the end of ep4...... Both Royce & Kyo are gonna be big names one day, I can see it now 🙂 I honestly want this show to go on forever... I love it, even if it does break my heart! 😂🥰

In ep.5, I could have hated him but I understood his struggles that's why I couldn't. I actually wished Judah should have given him time and space to process everything.

I could easily hate Rocky, as he doesn't have to be as aggressive as he is towards Judah, but thats just the internalised homophobia shining through which makes you feel sorry for him.... But then on the other hand you've got Judah who I could love, but also he doesn't need to be as straightforward and pushy towards Rocky as he is because from what we are aware Judah knows that Rocky isn't open/is struggling with his sexuality so he needs to back off a bit (and not go through his stuff) and let Rocky figure out exactly what he's feeling and let him process it.

I think a lot of gays will see themselves in Judah, especially when you've finally found someone to give your love to for the very first time. Of course, he will be clingy. He doesn't know any better. A lot of gays have never experienced a relationship, so he's just going by what he feels is best, and that is to give his all to the person he fell for, so STOP bashing Judah for acting the way he has. On the other side for Rocky, he's battling with his sexuality and insecurity. As much as you want him to accept who he is, a lot of gays had also gone through this because it's easier to just be straight where you won't get judged harshly. Both of them has some maturing to do since it is both their first time being in a gay relationship.

I have mixed feelings about this episode. Judah wants to love and be loved. So, was he truly loving Rocky or to prove to his grandma he is worthy of love....and to be loved. Rocky was sad and vulnerable as well as lonely. Don’t get me wrong...everyone loves a happy ending but it brings up the question. “Did you both just needed love at that moment because of life situations?” Or “Was it genuine love?” Either way it hit my heart 💔💔💔

I mean it's better that Rocky left than getting physical on Judah but at the same time Rocky needs more time to figure himself out especially with his family obligations of being the breadwinner now because it's a lot to carry during a pandemic, also Judah did get ahead of himself just a little bit by thinking just after that night and assumed they're in a relationship. So frankly in my opinion both Rocky and Judah need some time apart to figure themselves out.

This episode really hit a ton on me. I am very depressed right now because of what happened to Judah. I am deeply moved on especially the break out ending scene when he texted lolly "Oo na miss na kita". Aside from the heartbreak, that line is somewhat an acknowledgment and a surrender. of his quest of being true to himself and showing his family even being a gay has the possibility of happiness when it comes to love. This will have a great impact on the personality of Judah, not just his perception of love but losing the battle of standing up his true self to Lolly. What a great episode and one of my most emotional BL episode I watched.

Same. I was surprised he messaged his Lolly, but that was the most painful part. At that point, he admitted that his Lolly is right. No one will love him. And it was that same reason he became so clingy to Rocky. Rather than giving Rocky the space he needs, he chose to hold onto Rocky as much as he can, to prove his Lolly wrong.

I am still affected actually up tp this day, not being OA but I can still picture out Judah's feelings. I understand Rocky because he is still In denial and a lot of things to consider but the emotional torture on Judah is something I can't comprehend. I invested a lot of emotion to Judah on this episode because he conveys stress that might lead to depression. Damn, Him being in pain after that night is a recreation of a saying 'Happiness always comes with a tail of sadness, sometimes ten times folded that you will forget all the happiness you felt". Ride or Die, you better console Judah as a medicine for a week of our depressing mind, but still Its a very great episode.

I went from a cute, happy BL to this *pain* . Should've watched them in reverse order. Anyway, I'm so sad for Judah but you can't be mad at Rocky. He's in a difficult position that Judah could never really understand and Judah was very naïve to believe that one night together would change/fix everything. It just goes to show how truly inexperienced and innocent he is despite his sassiness. But that coughing at the end... So far, all quarantine dramas have avoided having characters getting infected but it'd be nice to finally have one that went further. I don't think Rocky will leave. As conflicted as he is, he cares too much (but I do want Judah to go home at some point).

I just hope that the realization of Rocky the day after he had intimate moments with Judah will favor on the latter. Perfection! I love the darker feel of Pinoy BLs versus the fluffiness of Thai BLs. Both are great, don’t get me wrong. But the Pinoy ones seem ready to tackle difficult situations and circumstances.

Pinoy BL's are very diverse because most of the companies who are making these films are small companies. There is the gritty mood like Quaranthings, which is warranted since the story of the character requires the right setting. Then theres the pompous myday which is a spectacle devoid of substance. theres the slow pace of in between which nothing significant is really happening but shows a day-to-day occurence among friends. then theres game boys whose power is the storytelling and the cameras they used to shoot were mobile phones. and then theres companies backed by big networks like hello stranger, or backed up by major sponsors like the 'fluffy' gaya sa pelikula. it has a very varied styles, direction, cinematography and storytelling because Pinoy BL series started only in 2020. our power is on the talent and it has been there for a long time but its only being noticed by the world thanks to BL.

I agree with you in terms of the smaller companies being more willing to explore deeper/darker situations versus the fluff from bigger companies looking to make profit. “Gameboys” was outstanding. It takes incredible talent to be able to show a range of emotions with just your face. There was so much character development over the course of the series. By the end, I felt good about rooting for those two. I’ve also started watching “#GayaSaPelikula (Like In The Movies)” and it seems funny with some depth to the characters. I am interested in knowing who they are. “My Day”, I honestly have enjoyed, although it has been pretty cringe-worthy at times. The acting is... well, it can use a lot of work. And the storyline is all over the place. But I can see all the main actors growing and becoming better at their craft. They just have to be given the right vehicle to work with. So yes, I am interested in seeing the Pinoy BL genre take off in the coming months/years.

When 2 people have sex, it doesn't automatically mean they love each other. One of them might have just done it to release the stress or frustration he carries with him. I guess that's the reason why Rocky did it. For Judah, you should not conclude it as love automatically. I understand that you want to be loved, but being clingy to that person just because you had sex won't do, and don't assume things pronto. You should learn also to understand the other person's side, respect boundaries and whatnot because not all people are the same.
