Paula doubt you remember this but many years ago I messaged you and told you to keep your head up you are so loved. I went on to tell you how my mom passed when I was just a teen and that you were teaching me how to cook. After years of the foster care system they do not prepare you to be out on your own so you were the one to help me. You thanked me and told me to email my address to you and you sent me some of your cookware! It was and is the best pots and pans I have ever had. Your kindness meant so much to me and I’ll never forget it. You are such a blessing to so many. God bless you and your family. Stay safe

Hi Ms. Paula, I am the baby of 7 children so was kinda spoiled and didnt have to cook or clean. So as an adult I wasn't such a good cooker and I was also kinda of the butt of my family cooking jokes. I was the person that got the side looks when i offered to cook something for a holiday dinner or when I brought a disk to a family gathering. So I was very discouraged about cooking. But not anymore!, THANKS TO YOU!!....Now my family & friends are requesting my cooking EVERY gathering HA! I have a confession though, at first I passed off your recipes as my own but I finally confessed because they started a rumor that I was buying the dishes out, lol.. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!.. I love to cook now, and I cook with love & confidence now! I love you, I love your spirit through the airwaves. I've always had your back in my community!!

Lawdy! Lawdy! Lawdy! I've missed you and your show so much, Paula Deen! Let me get serious for a moment. I am a woman of color and I forgave you. Why can't your studio executives do the same? Everybody deserves a second chance, Paula. If they can put an empty show like The Connors AKA Roseanne back on the air - why not your show? Your show was educational and fun for folks everywhere. Plus, I've yet to find ONE human being (just ONE) who hasn't made a myriad of mistakes that they're ashamed of and regret - myself at the top of the list. I'm looking forward to seeing you once again on the Food Network. Love Ya!

@@piglet0091 I think she meant licking your fingers with the covid 19 problem it wouldn't be a good idea right now. @Different People If someone in the house has Covid19, they are passing it just by breathing in the same room as others, or touching items in the house, so Paula licking her fingers isn't going to spread it any faster by licking her finger than she would just by existing in the home with others!

Ms. Dean. You and your family have and always will be my favorite cooks on TV. My husband, son and myself had the chance to stop at your resturant in TN at Pigeon Forge, TN. Have that dinner still on the tip on on tongue and will never forget that meal. Honestly do NOT think any of us will. Came home from our trip from MD to Texas and back to MD via a 32' motor home. This was our st time traveling by RV along with our 2 fur babies. Back to the food. Everything was amazing. The meatloaf, corn pudding and dessert were my 3 favorites. Usually do not like meatloaf unless it mine. Because i don't like meatloaf stuffed with a lot of fillers. Onions, peppers and other fillers. Your meatloaf didn't have that. Least no overloaded. Came home and that was 1st meal i made once we were off the road. Thanks you for coming to youtube and sharing. You are loved and missed. You keep doing and being you BOO!!! You know how to ROCK it in the KITCHEN!!! Love Ya Ms. Dean from Mrs. Tiana Kemp from Calvert County - Lusby, Maryland.

By staying home and wearing masks when we have to go to the store, we’re protecting others who could catch it from us if we have it but don’t show symptoms yet. This is kind to others and kind to the doctors and nurses in the hospitals. We’re keeping the number of patients lower than it otherwise would be, and this means less overwhelming of hospitals and health care workers. They are having a really hard time, anyway, so the more we can do to lessen their load, the better it is, both for them and for us. So we are doing a lot to help them and others just by staying home.

I also love the caramel cake you made. My mother used to make a cake that was very similar. The only difference was she made very thin cake layers. (She was born in Hazelhurst.) The only thing is that I didn’t write down Mom’s recipe. Do you have a cookbook with that recipe in it? Or is it on your website? Thank you for showing us new and interesting recipes. And don’t worry about licking your fingers. We’re just glad you’re BACK! Blessings

Paula I live in Connecticut and I haven’t had caramel cake looking like that since my grandma passed in Macon, Georgia. I was born and raised there but followed my father and uncle with their navy careers and they both retired in Connecticut and I ended up staying. Here we are not just quarantined, we are on lockdown as New York is the next state over and we are restricted as a preventative measure for this pandemic.. I would love your caramel recipe if you don’t mind. Thank you.

I lost my husband March 15th, so yes I feel very much alone. I work as a correctional officer so I have quarantined myself on my days off cause I dont want to bring anything to my children/ grandchildren. It's been very hard to be in our home alone, but I'm so excited to see you Paula! You keep my mind entertained, thank you.

If you've never been on KZbin just dont get your feelings hurt by the dislikes or the trolls....they annoy all of us in the KZbin family....so dont take it to heart....and the reason people don't hit like all the time is because they get bombarded with notifications if they hit like on everything they watch...God Bless you 😊✌💕🔴⚪🔵

Her voice reminds me of the Name That Tune game show, just hearing a couple words from the next room is all it takes to know it's Paule talking. Some voices just always stick in our memoreies. lol, Sean Connery and Richard Burton' s voices are like that, absolutely iconic.

@Digital Candy OMG, & here it comes, racial warfare from you. I'm not racist what so ever. I resent being called a "cold hearted racist witch". Don't be doing that to me. I simply had my "personal" opinion. Let this go, I'm not playing along with the racism just to stir up fires. My opinion, My business. I said nothing wrong. Go somewhere else trouble stirrer!! Not doing this with you or anyone else.

My mother would make a similar cracker salad as we were growing up in Va. She would not put tomatoe and would add green peppers. What a great memory for me when I started to watch this today. Thank you for msking these videos.

Hi Paula. Getting through this is like jumping out of a plane with a parachute. It starts out tough and rough, but you have to believe that you will land just fine, or you wouldn't even jump. We will all land as soon as its time. Don't jump out of the parachute before you land. We will get past this virus. Just hold on until its over. Glad to see you Paula. I always love you.

I get that, however she seems to be more keeping Paula on track. This is such an informal recording, Paula appears to get off on tangents or forget what she’s talking about- which is so endearing and I love her stories! But the lady I think more tries to keep her focused ❤️

Paula, that is the salad I eat each day only I learned if I put the veggies, onions, egg etc in first and do mayo and then when time to eat I have a bowl with the broken up crackers and put them on top and add more mayo and stir it up..the crackers stay quick. And yes I am southern. LOL When son makes it he also puts in green olives, garbanzo bean, and anything else he wants. I have always used crackers instead of the croutons.
