those bucket raise were so much fun, I never went to the gym and never bought dumbells so this was my first weight lifting I did, it was so enjoyable since I felt my engagement because I had to do it right for abvious reasons Thank you so so much Jordan! edit: just for info, I had a much smaller bucket and it was full halfway so when I tried it, I would be able to focus on the movement rather than the weight so yes, I am doing proper form (in case people think that my first weight lifting experience was the cliché fast and useless)

@@luffynime2509 beginners always show off their quantity. When it comes to shaping and shredded,its the quality of your reps. We squeeze and feel the muscles. If u do even 500000 reps,guess what? idc. What i care is your weight,51kg is not okay unless you're a midget. Give your height,i can give your bmi, u gotta be in normal weight to be healthy. i just give you advice. Dont be rude to someone older than u. Respect comes first.
