I am a 53 year old woman, no sports since years. It was time to change everything - it works with 20 minutes every day only shoulder. After two month i got nice results. I made same exercises every day for two month, than two to four times a weak - without him knowing. I am fit. I go running too.

If u want faster and better results, do this routine twice, if you dont go to the gym u you should know it usually takes 1-2hrs and this is only 20 mins, and only "attacks" chest and shoulders once. Good grind.

@@ليفاي7 hey so i'm not the original person, but i decided to do this workout and a few other ones. It's pretty much consistency and 100% technique. My dad was in the military so he gives me tips like those. Also, I do use the PT test as a guideline so it's around 100 situps and 60 pushups. Anyways, I do see results, and i have forming abs, so i would recommend this but just have discipline and good form. (I'm a 15 yr old girl if that helps as well)

He is dry because he does exercise on equipments that provide heavier loads than just calisthenics. That's why it's so easy for him to do body weight.

Pike push-ups are difficult for me too, so I can't do them often. I also usually do shoulder exercises with a barbell press in a way that doesn't strain me. ^ ^ I'm grateful if my lacking video was a little helpful.

For the hip raise what i saw someone explain in a video was to do the raise part fairly quick/with your thighs and the lowering part slow and not to touch your heels with the ground, i was doing the raise part slow and because of that my lower spine hurt more than my legs/abs
