Quarantine in Bali. Ngembak Geni celebration after Nyepi are cancelled.

2020 03 26 This is second day of Nyepi (Balinese new year).
Before Nyepi there supposed to be big celebrations that were cancelled due to Wuhan Virus.
20200325 Nyepi day was celebrated as usual - people are staying at home, no cooking and no internet. Meditating and praying.
20200326 After Nyepi Balinese people usually are heading towards the sea to celebrate Ngembak Geni. Normally this is a day for celebration. People should be heading to the sea to bath and pray. But because of Wuhan Virus, this day was cancelled and quarantined. But Internet is active and in case of emergency you can go to the police office or hospital.
Pacalan (local religious police) is monitoring the streets to ensure that people are not wandering around without a good reason.
