We read ur query as your father is tested corona positive. In this case, As per provisions of this Appendix with assumption that state govt. has declared it as an infectious disease then yes u are eligible for Quarantine leave. We have seen that few department not even allow medical leave in case of corona. So if its not a disease, you are not eligible.

Sir mai cisf me hu. Maine 25.4.21 ko leave se join kiya. Fir hamara corona test hua. Jisme meri wife positive ho gai. Ab mera department mere se 20 EL leave apply karne ka adesh diya. Kya mujhe quarantine leave nahi mil sakta.

Sir...what the quartine leave rules. For defence personal....if he found corona posstive during leave ..is quartine period will be deducted from his annual leave

Please go through defence rules. We can only advice regarding Pb. CSR, a regular employee is given Commuted leave during Quarantine period.

sir mai rail employee hu, mera 28 nov 2020 ka appoinment hai.. mera 10 CL bacha hua hai.. JE mera leave applacation ko farwarding nhi kar rha hai.. yadi mai 23 dec se 31 dec tak diract ghar chala jata hu.. aur 1 jan 2020 ko join kar leta hu.. . to kya mai 23 dec se 31 dec tak absent kiya ja sakta hu.. aur kya ye possible ki employee 10 CL bacha hai aur usko koi absent kar de ya LWP LAGA DE?

Dear Sumit, We are not expertise in rules regarding centre Govt. Employees. If you were in Pb. then it would be against rules if u remains absent without approval. CL is duty and immediately officer can ask to join duty during this period also. Other wise the period of absence will be treated as LWP and will not be reckoned for any benefit.
