@@ramona6644 if you have 40 people moving 120 boxes (3 boxes each) from one place to another and you want to end up with 9 boxes in the first spot (and 111 in the other) you can either have 40 people move all the boxes across to the new place, and then 3 people move 3 boxes each back (which is the same as 3 x 3), or you can have 3 less people move (3 less boxes each) across in the first place (which is the same as - 3 x - 3)

Daragh Coulter My wife took it upon herself to set this up at her school too. I was so surprised at how far behind on the times the majority of even young teachers are. Even basic things like, don’t sit with a window behind you or speak to the microphone not whilst looking away if you just have a simple built on mic. I’m just a train driver, but turned out my help was much needed. The online world isn’t new. Have the people been living under a rock or something for the past 20 years?
