I'm so happy you are now allowed to exit the camping lot and go to the grocery market or to the pharmacy. This is the same restrictions we have here: we are only allowed to leave home for very urgent errand or for buying food or medicaments. Diego was really nice, he's such a good person ! And that's how the virus is spreading. Peoples generocity is nice, but in this situation you must think rational (but not to panik). Accepting invitation to a private property would be a bad idea, moving around also, because you have nowhere to run, it is global. People will get familiar with your faces and wont have problems with you if you don't try to push rules to make exceptions for you. I am glad to see that argentinian goverment took on such strict rules imediatelly. Because 90% of people don't understand they have to stay in, like in prison, only to be stil the one to have a key, but nut to use it, except for urgent cases. In Slovenia, the restrictions got applied realy slow (like from 2 weeks behind Italy to 1 week behind now). And the people do not listen. It is up to every induidual to seize this. You are literaly one of the luckiest persons on the globe right now. You have the biggest space. I am already 3 week in, behind 4 walls on 30m2 with balcony and only go out once per 7- 10 days to go to a store. But most of the poeple don't obey this and the situation is not geting any better yet. When the border to Italy was closed, it was one of the sadest days for me, because Grado is my "home" spot for Kitesurfing. Everyone's plans got shuttered in a second and the hardest part is to face the reality of it. I think you kind of get it but it seem you don't get the "social distancing" thing quite yet. It is bad idea to hang around with Diego and accepting the ride to the store, because he is probably driving other people and is in contact with people who are in contact with people,... :D. In fact, you should politely ask to have a key to be able to lock the gate from inside and don't let people in. Letting news crew in and into your van was the worst idea. Simptoms of the infection don't show imediately! The idea of meeting other camping couple is also not the best, at least for next 14 days, but you can never be sure, how good is their distancing and precausion. Perception on "self-isolation" varies a lot! :D I bet that state and municipality borders will be the last to open and my sugestion is not to try to get any early special passes with the help of your embacy. Try to stay put until it is safe. I bet the town and surroundings have a lot for you to explore, when you get more freedom, just maybe a bit different tipe of exploring then you are used to, but this period is forcing us to adopt. I bet you are not and wont be loosing subscribers during this freaky period.

I admire you and honestly am little jealous if you can believe that! My hubby just isn’t a great traveler... not his thing, so he stays home while we travel the USA. I admire you as a couple and how you both work together to work through all of your challenges. Your super positive attitude is absolutely inspiring...You handle all these stressful situations with such grace, common sense, and humility. My husband and I actually like the Beyond burger better than real hamburger, it is just hard to find in my area, when I do come across them I buy a bunch and freeze them for later, as time goes on, I hope this alternative becomes more common, the animals,humans and environment will all benefit from it.

What a great post! Your energy was palatable & even the dogs fed off your energy & went from sad/stressed to happy/playful! Your smiles ran deeper than your mouth & it was so good to see you ‘breathe’ again a little and also to gain some physical freedom again. Your creativity/ingenuity is back too (finding ways to cook differently, using the drone to see friends, naming animals, setting up your fridge outside, using the campground as a track & those boards as a mat etc etc). I must say the authorities in Las Grutas are treating full time travelers better than the authorities are here in the US. You guys are an inspiration to me and set a good example. I have been homeless for 2 1/2 years. God bless and look over you both.

Yes, Impossible Burgers/Beyond Burgers are pretty darn close to a beef burger. Same texture, grill up the same, similar taste, even when you add toppings. However, I think they are still full of a lot of processed stuff, so not as healthy as you might think. Definitely, more of a once a month thing :-) Stay well!

LeAw Leave Everything and Wander I’ve e been vegetarian for 30 years and Impossible Burgers taste so real to me that I can’t eat them. It gets into my psyche and I feel like I’m really eating meat. Thanks for sharing your journey. It lets me travel vicariously through you to some places I’ll never be able to explore. And I’m sure you’ll be back to traveling in the near future, but until then stay safe and healthy!
