I lived in japan for almost a year and half, I lost over 13kg eating the same amount - I noticed that Japanese people are much more active and eat healthier than I do in Australia- eating alot of vegetables, fish, pickles and soup. Most japanese people stop eating when they are full and more slowly - very mindful approach - you will often see unfinished plates of food. Also, my japanese friends eat dessert for a meal e.g cake set for lunch, not after lunch or dinner, or for a snack. It was the main dish and then a salad and miso soup would be eaten for dinner with lean protein - more awareness of balancing treats with nutrition etc. I was also much more active, running up and down train station stairs, and walking everywhere (even walking to the supermarket and carrying 6 bags home every second day) never using a car as no need to, the public transport system is amazing. I estimate that I would walk over 5km a day just to and from work and over 9 sets of stairs each day.

Its so well balanced, the lemon or Yuzu juice I should say, would help digest foods chocolate drink using cornflour to thicken 🤔mmmm I thought she was going to cook chocolate pancakes 🥞 I see the food is very low in fats, and then yogurt is used a lot, I don't particularly like yogurt and its so good for you 🇦🇺🌺❤️

There is NO other source that a I've found that provides this kind of beautiful and meaningful content of the human experience. The main stream media does not represent us AT ALL.

Dear Nami: It was good that you went outside to walk, enjoy the park, and of course, to go the grocery store. The terrible isolation of the "quarantine" is so profoundly unhealthful for our psychological, emotional, and spiritual health. Alas, these areas of our lives are given little to no consideration in the rush to side-step the "contagion" . Enjoy LIFE, the fresh air, the beautiful blue sky, the random flower. Nature heals soul and spirit; the melody of the birds, the gentle breeze through the trees, the sound of running water, the sound of children playing, even traffic noise lets us know life continues its orderly processes. You are NOT "ordinary", dear Nami. You are a beautiful, gentle spirit. It is an honor to all of us that you share your beauty with us through this medium. A friend from Texas, U.S.A.
