Dude I just got my Quasar Raas. It is an amazing product totally loved it. I did not have any user guide came with box so I do not know how to clean it properly. Do you have any suggestion?

For aluminium parts unfortunately you need to scratch burn tobacco. For glass you can use oven mousse for clean. Work very well.

Hey! I also have this great looking bowl. I could really a pro smoker as I've tried a lot of different hookahs and heat management systems, and this one's the one I like the most, because of the glass bowl which makes me sure it doesn't soaks any of the tobacco juices, and it let's you know the condition of your tobacco inside, the metal heat management fits great as it leaves space from the tobacco so it's not hard to make sure you've not overpacked it, also it looks amazing, BUT, I do have some problems with it. I've tried the Fumari caribbean sonada flavor, which just takes too long to heat up, I just burn very well my "one nation" (it's a brand) coals and put them inside the oven of the quasar raas, then of course I close it with the top part of it (just letting you know that I'm not doing it wrong) wait for 7 minutes, and I start smoking... There's quite a little smoke, so I smoke like that for let's say 2-3 minutes, and as it's not going any much better, I take out the coals, take off the dust off them, give them a nice blow because they seem to be not burning properly, and put them in again from the most well burning part with no darks or dust on them (that happens for less than 10 seconds so I'm sure it's not a problem as the temperature doesn't t fall down a lot) and here we go. After 2 minutes, we have nice clouds but now, it tastes bad because it seems like the tobacco is burning so I take off the top to decrease the temperature, then I put it on again after a minute and well.. No nice clouds for another 2 minutes which is normal but.. As it goes heating up again, once again bad flavor. I once smoked a Holster Bono tobacco with this bowl and it went well. It's a lot more juicier tobacco, then I smoked an Golden Anna (pineapple flavor) of the brand Aquamentha... The same thing as the Fumari, but a little better. So can someone make a video the way he packs the bowl, I mean putting the tobacco inside it, and the most important thing - waiting for it to heat up, just because everyone who's making a review of it has no issues with the first pull of a cloud (smoke) after it heats up

Fumari is really wet tobacco so maybe this is a reason. Inside glass syroup is like booiling. Maybe try first use paper tower to little dry Fumari tobacco and try after this.

Maybe you pack too low? Or not enough coals? If the tobacco is literally drowning in flavour, it would be difficult to heat up.
