I still remember the original video giving me nightmares back when i first saw it. I saw it for the first time in a video talking about channels that shut down. I was super relieved to hear it wasn't real. Seeing a retake of it is a pretty interesting concept. I loved how you used more realistic and gory effects when someone got shot, and also how you added more to the video than just the shutdown itself. Pretty good retake, hope more people make their own takes on it!

I remember Ned’s Newt, Jane and the Dragon, Pearlie, Sticking Around, Jakers and Dive Ollie Dive. This is truly saddening and disturbing. This channel made up a good chunk of my boyhood, and I would beg my parents to let me stay up late so I could watch some of these shows that aired later in the day. Rip Qubo. You will be missed dearly by this 2000s/2010s kid

I honestly really like the fact that the video was put into multiple events leading up to the shutdown, but I feel that it wouldn't make sense for qubo to air on a crt in 2021. I also didn't like the last part considering it was an exact version of the original video, 7/10

I wasn't entirely sure if the Qubo death shutdown was made from the ground up, until it showed the scrolling text. How do i know it was changed? They changed the word "selflessness" to "selfishness" as it was intended to say.

This is pretty good! My only complaint is that the final video doesn't look like it was optimized to account for CRT overscan - some of the text is cut off and objects are too close to the edges. When dealing with CRTs, try to keep important details within a 560x420 area (assuming you're using a 640x480 canvas). Otherwise, this is actually really good, I like how you fixed some of the grammar mistakes the original made (eg. "Selfishness" replacing "Selflessness")

lemme explain smth as the CRT converter: to keep it simple, i have no idea how to fix the problem with the CRT overscan honestly

@@chronics22 the CRT itself usually cannot be adjusted to avoid overscan - you'll have to account for that in the video project you're feeding it if in doubt, just increase the canvas size by about 10% but keep the content area the same, that will account for overscan and make sure everything is visible (although this may cause black bars to be visible at the edges so it's best to just make the content with overscan in mind from the very start)

Better than the original one, although there was a couple shows not in the character list, mostly being Doki and Scaredy Squirrel, those were my childhood.
