Quebec, N.L. draft new Churchill Falls deal worth hundreds of billions

The premiers of Quebec and Newfoundland and Labrador are hailing a tentative new deal over the Churchill Falls hydroelectric project they say could earn each province as much as $200 billion over the long term.
