The tickets were supposed to be bilingual, 7 months ago when I put the order in for the tickets, when we received them they were only in English, I did not want to waste them so I put them on the wall and started promoting them, unfortunately I did not know of the law (I’m a new business owner) and we received a letter in regards to our social media. The tickets being in English were removed due to it being on our wall and being in public space.

Language is interesting because it's helps preserve your culture. I too immigrated from Pakistan to Canada in 1998. I have several nephews and nieces in their twenties now. When they were nittle five year olds I got them all to learn fluent sindhi which is a language most of my siblings and their families speak. Yes I am aware the sands of time wash everything away. Except the changes we are experiencing in our lives thanks to technology medicine and law enforcement require that our youngins speak that language if they are to communicate with their elders. I do not care anymore as this is something you learn in your littlehood and I've taught them all already 😸 As for Quebec kudos for trying but in a few generations you will lose your language eventually. @@Carrie-so3ro I live in Hamilton. I don't even speak French. But, Canada has adopted such a brainwashed supra-national WEF-type, all-inclusive, fragmented agenda. It panders to every special-interest group. Enough! English and French communities have established and made Canada a wonderful country. These communities are the basis of this country and have been here hundreds of years. Why should newcomers all of a sudden start eroding the national identity? The trend is to sell-out the Canadian people in favour of everyone else. This has to stop. One day, our communities will be decimated, into a divided and conquered tax-harnessed labour camp. When you go to Quebec, speak French. When you come to Ontario, adopt the value-system and stop forcing the Canadian people to adopted the backwardness of self-aggrandizing newcomers.

This is so effing ridiculous ! It also shows that Canada has serious faults with being equal ! Why does only Quebec have special treatment. Why does no other province resist or move forward in their own like Quebec ! Alberta’s premier played in some words but added Ottawas tax no problem and even more from the province. What a horrible country this is becoming that even a free meal comes under attack !!!!!! I’m so sick of it
