He sang Bohemian Rhapsody at his American Idol Audition and Queen were there at the finale. They loved his voice and asked if he would be open to doing any future shows. So then the MTV EMA performance of 2011 he performed with them and they did some shows in Eastern Europe and a show in Lad Vegas and then finally did there first world tour. They recently just finished there second world tour. That is the one I saw them on and it was spectacular!!! You should react to more of Adam Lambert, he is so under rated!!!

I seen Adam Lambert perform live 22X, his own tours & with Queen 4X. As much as he was affected by the Florida shootings & so magnificently, flawlessly performed this song, every song he sings has the same passion, technical achievement & stunning Quality. He was vocally trained with operatic training as well & sang in musical theatre since childhood. He can sing any genre of music to perfection, feeling each notes. Look up Adam singing, Come to Me, Bend to Me from Brigadoon. It's on You tube, The Best Arts. The notes & breath control he exhibits towards the end at about 3 minutes or more will stun you, along with his Scottish accent. He was 22 years old At the time. Another vocal masterpiece was on American Idol TVShow singing, A Change is Gonna come. The notes & powerful head voice is almost unbelieveable. He is a born artist, the finest I've seen. His live performance electric. Thank you for your critique of him. 😊

Queen had got word about Lambert when he was a contestant on American Idol (in 2009) and Lambert actually auditioned with BoRhap. Then, in the finale, he and the other finalist sang live with Queen. We could tell by Brian May's reaction that he was impressed by Adam. Then 2 yrs later Queen called him and asked if he could fly to Belfast Ireland where Queen was receiving an award at the EMAs. He went and did a 3 song medley with them. The following year they teamed up again at the iHeart Radio concert in Las Vegas Nevada at the MGM Grand. They said THAT is when it all clicked into place and they decided to tour. He's been their lead singer ever since for multiple tours. Always sold out .I've been to several shows and am always amazed. Loved your video reaction, thanks so much! PS: Watch Queen + Adam Lambert Big Ben New Year's Eve. FANTASTIC! I'd LOVE to see your reaction to that also! :)

Queen actually asked Adam if he would be interested in singing with them when they met on Idol. But, Adam had commitments to do the AI tour, his solo album and then he wanted to do his own solo tour first. Then as stated above they called and asked him to perform on the European MTAs. His first full concert with Queen took place in Kiev with an audience of 250,000.

@@lahnonname8969 Actually, it was the EMAs (European Music Awards) when he first was asked to sing at a specific event (you're correct about Queen contacting him) and the crowd in Independence Square in the Ukraine was closer to 500,000! If you get time try to find a video of the improvised vocals he does before performing "I Want It All" on that tour. It started with him one time helping Brian tune his guitar strings between two songs and evolved into this amazing "dueling voice vs Guitar" improvisation session which is one of my favorite parts of the concert. Anyway - there are dozens of performances where you can be blown away of course but I just like how his vocals & Bri's guitar work compete & complement each other in random sounds. Sometimes it's hard to work out what was voice & what was guitar.

Voice from the Gods... did not win Idol, but Simon asked Queen to perform on the finals and they heard Adam there. They talked. And when Adam was finished with post Idol commitments, 2-3yrs later, they were together. Enjoyed watching you enjoying this performance. YES his mix voice is insane. His transitions are so flawless and intuitive even he doesn't know he's doing them after all these years. I didn't read the comments so someone probably told you to watch here on youtube several of these: his Brigadoon - Come to Me Bend To Me - a light opera. Age 22. He does a breath hold for about 23 seconds effortlessly. So when you hear him in other songs audibly take a breath, it's for dramatic style purposes not for breathing purposes. What's interesting is he's a light tenor and Freddie Mercury was a Baritone yet people keep comparing. You may get a kick out of another youtube video Is Anybody Listening from a show called The Ten Commandments. Adam Lambert was the only one with good reviews because he blew the roof off of the joint! ON that one he uses the generally not suggested flat tongue technique. THEN, there's the infamous Zodiac Show Crawl Through Fire which was hilarious. Lastly, don't miss his amazing technique and jazzy improv on Heaven On Our Minds, performed for a telethon from another iconic rock opera musical - Andrew Lloyd Webber's Jesus Christ Superstar.

His own music: Soaked live in Osaka or Los Angeles, Fever Manchester 2016, underneath album version, aftermath album or live acoustic, there i said it in Tokyo 2016, the original high live or album and last but not least Sleepwalker Glamnation tour live... And for something particularly beautiful and operatic look for his live Audio in the musical Brigadoon, it was before he went to American Idol show. 😊

I would love for you to react to this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5OYin-GmJylY7M Adam is not a rock musician, though his voice does suit the classic rock genre really well. It's really because of his voice that I'm able to enjoy his music, as the pop genre is my least preferable as a metal head.
