Adam Lambert is a FORCE to be reckoned with! Stripping Cher's dance hit BELIEVE to an emotional ballad was pure GENIUS on his part. Check him out on Feb 17 singing BLUE SUEDE SHOES for the Elvis All-Star Tribute TV special on NBC at 9pm 8c in the US. Hopefully this will be put up on KZbin so everybody else will be able to see him channel the KING in his own SPECIAL way!

Re: Adam's voice, during a press conference he and Queen were talking about preparation for their concerts and they all spoke of getting enough rest, not eating beforehand, hydration and Adam added in warming up 'to get those chords going'. Also, you might want to look at his American Idol performances. Nice reaction. I like when you react to Adam Lambert. If you'd analysed his voice more in detail, with his best live vocals or something, you'd know he has a 3.5 octave range in full voice. Because you asked : Not only was Cher very complimentary regarding Adam's performance in words (besides the crying and the jaw drop at the end here), she also tweeted 3 weeks after this "... Yazick, Just to your knowledge....his voice continues awesome, he didn't lose any range...he just decided to sing without his powerful range...as u know he can sing a phone book and it's going to be amazing as well. He's going to make another long tour with Queen....till the middle of this year. So I'm sure he continues rocking and rolling...

Veronica Matchett that’s one of my favorites. I was a massive glambert in like 8th grade, which was around 2012 (I still am but it was more of an obsession at the time), and back then there were much fewer choices on KZbin as far as deep cuts go. I watched nearly everything on the entire platform about him, and when I began to run out I scoured all of the internet to find videos of Adam that were uncredited and had only a few hundred views. It was because of these late night deep dives that I found some of my favorite videos of him even to this day. It may sound crazy, but when your teenage heartthrob is a fairly under the radar, gay, ex American idol contestant you have to work harder than if it’s One Direction or Justin Bieber (since they were clearly the biggest fandoms in 2011-2012 😂).

There are so many great Adam Lambert performances to react to. I'd love for you to react to an EARLY one of his performances, done well before his American Idol days. Unfortunately it's audio only, no video, but it's so extraordinary that I think it would make for a great reaction video - particularly for a vocal coach, as it is truly a master class in singing. First of all, if you’re going to do a video about a persons vocals, please don’t distract us from listening by trying to figure our which keys or chord match up. It pretty much shot the whole video for me. This is normally a fast song sung by Cher. When Adam Lambert was a contestant on “American Idol” he didn’t like the list of songs available for the guys to pick from, so he asked to see the list for the girls, and he picked this song, made the arrangement himself, and sang it, with great success that week! Since then there have been many established artists, and up and coming artists - on these talent shows as well - who have recorded it, or sang it. However, even as Cher has stated, none have come close to the emotion and clarity as Adam Lambert have.
