Women instinctively become masculine when we realize we’re not being protected. We can’t help it. I hear you guys saying we NEED to be feminine all the time but different circumstances causes a different response 🤷🏽‍♀️.

I agree 100%. The powers that be (see sources like The Willie Lynch Letter and the Leopold from Belgium's letter to the missionaries.) have intentionally reversed the roles of the Black man& Black woman. They have destabilized the people, given them and idol god& sabotaging the original family structure designed by our Creator. The result has been effeminate Black men who are either homosexual (I say this in truth& not to harm anyone) or effeminate Black men who are heterosexual and/or brainwashed+ hypersexualized-want too many Black women but can't take care of self nor them OR doesn't want a Black woman at all and prefers non melanated women because he was not properly taught how to reproduce a 100% replica of himself. Those type of men are incapable of physically and spiritually protecting/providing for our Black women. This has caused Black women to become what they never were to be- masculine, homosexuals/lesbians/butches/ bad mouthing or rebellious towards the Black men, etc. It takes a wise man (husband) and spiritually conscious/awakened Black man to provide for/protect/cover/teach/shape/mold his woman (wife) so that she can righteously submit to her man and comfortably operate in her natural femininity that the Creator embedded in her DNA. When our people overstand this and stop engaging in gender wars our oppressors taught us to highlight, we can improve and rise as a nation of people world wide.

We all have masculine and feminine in us. Embracing both and knowing how to bring them out at the appropriate times is definitely is necessary but sometimes we bring them out at the wrong time and it can come off offensive to your partner. So knowing your partner and accepting both and expressing them at the right times is definitely important.

When he mentioned the suppressed shadow self as a child. It really hit me and completely changed my entire outlook on everything I do. I was extremely physically abused as a child and I had to always pretend I was okay. Always hiding bruises and scars and pretending my body was okay when I was in severe pain. I remember recently saying to myself I kind of lost track of who I was because I’m still pretending to this day. Working a job I hate being around dishonest hatful ppl at work. It makes me shut down and I keep quiet to myself to avoid it, just as I was a child. I couldn’t fight with my mother so I would try my hardest to stay as quiet as I possibly could to avoid it even though it never worked. I guess now I realize that, I get to get comfortable with finding my voice and using it.

I am so PROUD to see how ACCOUNTABLE you have become, how MATURE and I am here for it. Thank you for standing up for HEALING. It is good to see you encouraging our black men to accept that MENTAL HEALTH is necessary AND it will only achieve through intentional healing. Seeing a therapist to talk or vent about your issues is not something to be a shame about. It shows that as man you are taking accountability for your part in the BROKENNESS and the failure of our black communities across the earth.

THIS! As a woman who knows she is a Goddess and is living in a rural, all-vanilla, small town, I don’t know where I will ever meet a highly intelligent, traditional black man who knows he is a God and is in his empowered divine masculine energy. There aren’t even any black men of any kind where I live. I have started going on all-black dating apps and also ‘millionaire’ dating apps, but I have noticed that there are almost no men who are spiritually high level on these apps, even if they are high level in other ways, and that is absolutely a dealbreaker for me. Please start a Black Gods & Goddesses dating app or something.

The talk about the poly relationship is so mundane. When you are speaking on relationships on a spiritual level their is no room for more than the divine feminine and the divine masculine. Y’all letting these earthly pleasures fool y’all. So many unhealed and unawakened people giving advice from a wounded place . Never let any relationship be ruled by fear. Only guided by love

I feel so bad because my 2 nieces and 1 nephew-all siblings aren't being taught ANYTHING by their Dad who is a single father because their Mom left years ago and my mom in law passed two years ago who really was their parent. Me and my husband try to intervene but my brother in law is arrogant so we backed off 😢 So sad, we check in on the kids often but their not being exposed to ANYTHING 😢 He's just creating low self esteem adults who will be thirsty from attention from others. We pray over them daily. Sorry just venting.

19 Keys has done it again. His guest speakers are always the best at the subject matter; and he provides us with something to which most of us would never have access, due to a lack of affordability; which is why the Blk community is falling apart. This was a most excellent broadcast! It was concise, conducive, and comprehensive, i.e., the best how-to guide to successful relationships. I wish that all Blk men, young and old, would take time out to listen to this content as it would greatly improve their understanding of relationships, women, and culture. Perhaps the awakening is really happening and there really is hope for the future; especially for Blk people, as it outlines the two things that have greatly affected the Blk community: the disfunction and disappearance of the Blk family. They say it takes a village to raise a child, but it is worth mentioning that great nations have risen from villages. More importantly, is the understanding that a village is a collection and extension of families. Family is a nation’s most valuable asset, and unity is its strongest fortress; coupled, they protect a nation of people from extinction.

Excellent high level conversation! Love how they stayed on the facts where men and women can show up better. Instead of bashing. More men need to hear this way of thinking, honest, true, differing opinions but a shared commonality of what role men play in the whole dynamic of a family/marriage/relationship. Love it!

Yes polygamous relationships came from cultures that needed to have more than one woman assigned to a territory where more children were needed to profit the plan we are not in or on the plantation anymore, nor in the times or dispensation where women had to assign their dowry under the trust of their husbands as overseer and executor. It was a set up of more dowry more collaborative profit more wives more children thus a kingdom created. This is what we must understand about history of our ancestors and how some of our communities/kingdoms were established. Yahweh’s plan for one dispensation is not the same for all. Selah, my loves in the Holy Spirit.

As far as the fitness aspect and some women not liking physically fit men........ I've never really been superficial in that aspect, so weight and fitness never was a factor. Now, having said that. I'm more in tune with myself and now and realizing that when a man loves himself and has worked and working on himself, he becomes conscious of what he puts in his mind and body. Naturally, that's going to reflect on his physical appearance. He's going to be active, You can't be your healthiest and not be physically active. Walking, jogging, gym, out in nature, playing a sport, something. And when you aren't healing, that can also show internally and externally on your body. For myself, if he's not actively loving himself, he can't love me in the way that I need to be loved. If he's in the gym that inspires me.

When there are both parents MOTHER AND FATHER; You learn Family organization, relationship skills, Unity, and countless other great things. In America, we miss out on these thing's , the home is non existent, fathers in prison or dead. And the way the our society has been going since late 80s the mother isn't there even if she is physically, mentally she out there or vice versa, she like most now on social media all day degrading herself. We must rebuild the STRUCTURE needed to build these kingdoms...

That's not always true. When 2 damaged people have kids their issues are now brought onto their kids. 2 parent homes does not always mean stability and safety, especially if 2 people are dealing with their own separate demons. All it does is bring chaos and adults who have issues. Everything always stems from childhood.

I'm so pleased to hear this informative information. Healing is the utmost wealth to the overall human anatomy. This was a great (E.F.T.)session and collaboration. Embracement on another level of "HIGH-LEVEL CONVERSATIONS." reaching out to the masses who genuinely believe that therapy is only for others, not us. "Deal To Heal" without "Shame Is Claiming Your Pain." Bro Keys❣, this is real F.O.I. "Soldiering" and tuning into self-worthiness. Thank you, Bro. Stephen Speaks❣ for leading and being led into shared reasoning. And always EYL❣

Growing up in a Morris household learn about relationship. I am the second generation born in America😊. My family is from United Kingdom. My mother and father. Taught me the rules and regulations in a marriage. My father told me that my mother is the law maker. And my dad said that he was the enforcer I asked my dad why you don't make the laws of the house He said he doesn't run the house your mother do.

I needed this conversation so bad. That part of finding one self really hit home because i just ended a 20 year realtionship with a great woman, I did everything to ruin the relationship which on paper makes no sense but the truth was i never accept my true self. i am now in progress of finding my shadow self and embrace it.

Seeing Keys interview Stephan is beautiful! While both men are (to my little bit of knowledge) single/ unmarried, they are doing all the right self-work to show up as the best version of themselves when it’s time to chose a wife/ life partner. It is SUPER important to use single seasons to do the SELF work & focus on the things that need improvement, while sharpening the skills that are already good. The self love, self restraint, and self respect (as well as high respect for [black] women) says sooo much about these men… they deserve ALL the great things coming to them in the future, including an ideal partner! Beautiful convo, as always!! Keys is that dude, idc who says what 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

19Keys❤ this was your best interview ever. I really loved your push ups with the flames and sound effects. I could feel the power and the energy with each push up. My take away was you have to have a spiritual connection. It is better to bond spiritually first to put your hooks into each other, so that if any conflict presents itself physically between you both you are not easily moved by it. You feel me…❤️🙏🏽👊🏽
