No matter what you think about the Royals, it's impressive to watch the people who make an event like this successful. The logistical planning and then getting everyone to do their part in a timely manner is outstanding.

I have always admired HRH Queen Elizabeth. She took the crown when she was so young. I feel she handled her rein with such compassion and grace. A symbol of unity for the whole world. There will not be another like her.

This was really interesting! It was nice to see new pictures & footage not seen in other videos/productions, 100s of times & the way the huge wedding event was done behind the scenes was great! All this and the bride & groom just have to show up. They are for sure weddings to remember for the couple & Royal watchers alike.

King Charles learned from the best and I think he and his son are well prepared for the top job. Unfortunately, he had that messy situation with poor, beautiful Diana. Catherine seems to be a perfect wife; clearly the beacon. She always NAILS it. As for H & M, it would be great if we didn’t hear SO much about them and their empty endeavors… They’re not doing anything newsworthy, so I don’t know why people WANT that ugliness and toxicity in what they consume (watch, read or hear). Without it’s wonderful royalty, England would be sad. They need to preserve and respect the monarchy as the monarchy serves the country. King Charles is a responsible, charismatic, strong, dutiful monarch and so will be his son, William. The English people will regret it if they turn their backs on their wonderful monarchy and the whole world would be bereft. I’m grateful for this video showing so much more of King Charles and how accomplished he has always been, and how interesting he is and how he has put up with so much with great strength.

It will never cease to amaze me that the British people continue to pay for this silliness. But to each their own, I suppose.
@filleauparadis76333 ай бұрын
it might sound weird to others but for us in UK if the royal family doesn't exist ,the country would be messed up looking at it's state now. our culture, traditions, values, and heritage is deeply grounded with the monarchy, besides the royal family sustain from their own, the only thing people pay is 1.2 pound annually just for the security cost of the palaces. one reason UK still retains a major role in global politics is also due to the soft power played by the royal family in important occasions. they also contribute more than 5 billion pounds a year to the economy in numerous fields.

That's because the royal family brings in billions in tourist revenue

@@filleauparadis7633 Thanks for the response. I realize that it's a cultural thing, deeply embedded in the British psyche. But the pragmatic side of me can't help but think that all of these things could be accomplished (and are, in other countries) in other, more efficient ways. But I don't suppose that's entirely the point.

Sadly, the growing sentiment in 2024, is that Royalty has outlived its importance. To most of the world, royalty is of little relevance.

I won't testify to all countries... But I'm first generation American and both of my parents are from England. They respect the Royal family and I was just doing some research right now, based on your comment 58% of people in England feel that the Royal Family is a good thing for them.

Disagree completely maybe in England but around the world we recognize the importance of a royal family they are representatives of our society they help to set a standard might seem trivial but it’s a fact just like a country needs a leader to to direct them a country need royalty to influence them.

Megan thought the royals were prejudice because she is black if she was not black she would not thought that . The king proudly walked magins mom down the aisle if he had not already been in love I think he the king raised as Harry would have married Megan's mom but he was already in love. One should never critisise the Royals. I believe it was drawn out by a professional inter viewer. It is plane as now in the marriage she was treated as a Royal

At 1:16 in the section titled "Charles in His Own Words", Charles makes a remark that has undeservably become infamous, After he is asked, "And I suppose in love", Charles responds. "Whatever 'In love' means." He says it humorously; it has been taken out of context and used against him.

The importance of the Monarchy dissappeared when Andrew, Harry and Meagan threw the Royals into complete embarrassment and disarray...
