I have to honestly say out of all the singers I have seen on the talent shows, I think she is one of if not the best out there. I know this was a good while ago, but does anyone know what has happened since? Is she still performing? Did she get to continue what she has wanted to do? Skimming through videos and came upon this one. Truly, truly and I can't say truly enough inspiring. I am a single mother of four and can truly relate to the sacrifices a mother makes for her children as they are her first, but when you have talents and dreams that are ready to burst out with life it can get pretty touchy. My lord. That is one of the most powerful voices i have heard in Years. She has the sort of voice that enabled the world to hear the Negro spirituals, that opened the world to Jazz, and that lifted the veil of rascism. I would listen to this lady, before listening to any of the current "Negro" singers. Beautiful!
