The vocal harmonies in this song is Freddie, Brian and Roger. in Bohemian Rhapsody, it was all-Freddie only in the opening part of the song. During the operatic section, it was Freddie, Brian and Roger together, all multitracked again and again, in submixes... then layered and layered over and over again until they squeezed up to 180 "voices" from just 3 people in a 24-track studio. Pure Genius and Dedication to Excellence at a time when the technology was nowhere near where it sits today (Today we have studio capabilities that the people of the 70s had never even dreamed of... and all that advanced technology is wasted on acts that would have been booed out of the pub on Open Mic/ Amateur Night )

Under Pressure live at Wembley (the 6:56 minute version) The interaction with the crowd is amazing. Don't Stop Me Now the official video is a good one too. I didn't see that you did LiveAid.. Considered to be the best performance ever. Glad you're enjoying Queen. Great band, Freddie is amazing.

Thank you for reacting to early Queen. You need to listen to 'Liar" live at the Rainbow. It is them at their finest in earlier Queen, IMO. This was a playback and they were not happy about doing it, but it got them into mainstream television. Thank you for your reaction and you all Have a Merry Christmas!

Try Who Wants to Live Forever... either at Wembley or the MV....you can't go wrong with Queen... additionally Freddie has a song called Time, written by Dave Clark that is really appropriate for today's turmoil.

They hated doing these miming tv shows so much that they bypassed it making their own music videos as pioneers. They have since been credited with giving birth to MTV. Bohemian Rhapsody was the first video of its kind ever. However when MTV did launch, it was not the first video shown. The Buggles' Video Killed The Radio Star was.

@@TheCottons You're welcome. I am a huge Queen fan, so i could go through a whole laundry-list of suggestions. But let's see if i can stick to 3. 1, March of the Black Queen/Funny How Love Is together as a whole. (If you isolate the first one, the end will be cut off.) 2, The Boxing Day live concert at Hammersmith-Odean 1979 gives a true sense of the atmosphere their concerts had. The versions here of Spread Your Wings and '39 are the best i've heard so far. 3, Studio version/video of Crazy Little Thing Called Love. Fun Fact: for many years i was convinced this was Elvis i heard on the radio. His impersonation was so flawless that even years later when i started jamming away with live concerts, i thought Queen were doing a cover of his. No, it's a tribute to him. xD
