The mere fact that 35yrs later this still holds court on the dance floor is SUPERB! Dana, Keka and Al looked regal and did not expose all of the skin UNLIKE what I saw snippets of on the BET awards last wk which was SOUR GRAPES to say the least. Paris is Burning was releases as a PBS Documentary back in 1988 during the Iran/Contra trial with Oliver North. Unfortunately, the documentary is being branded as a new chronicle that came out after Madonna's "Vogue" became popular, not true. There are others out there who know the truth even though we can't substantiate it through an internet search.
