In the 1990s? That was the decade when the marriages of members of the royal family were breaking up: Anne and Mark Phillips, Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, Charles and Diana; then the Queen and Prince Charles were unpopular because of Diana's death. I don't think the late Queen liked the 1990s much: 1991 was her annus horribilis and Windsor Castle burnt down. Perhaps you were being ironic?

4:48 no no no! 1937 was the coronation of King George VI, not George V. She was married to the 6th. LMAO

She certainly must have been as she almost never showed a loss of temper like that.

So nostalgic. I remember them all well being in my fifties. So sad that it has all gone to pot now. I blame the media for alot of it. Always harrasing the royal family wanting stories.

All these people saying The Queen looks pissed off at 2 minutes. She's not. From this Englishman's pair of eyes, she is giving a low key, concerned "check in" with her member of staff that he's alright. He clearly was in too much of a hurry and jumped out of the car too quickly - he could have hurt himself. It was a discreet show of concern, NOT a reprimand.

This is a shocking revelation for me to see the Late Queen Elizabeth II. losing her temper in public- as she is emerging from her royal limousine she seems to be muttering angrily to the driver -even posturing in an uncharacteristic as the car is pulling away. Am I imagining this?
@DistantCousin Жыл бұрын
You have completely misconstrued it! She is very discreetly showing concern to check he's alright - he misjudged hopping out of the car way too quickly

No, you're quite right. She was obviously angry, and reprimanding him
