Queen of the Mountain | Daniela Ryf: Uncharted

Daniela Ryf has dominated mid and long course triathlon for the best part of a decade. And, like all true greats, proved she still sets the standard even as the competition levels rise, breaking the full distance record time at Challenge Roth in 2023.
We spent some time with Daniela as she took on altitude training in the picturesque mountains of St Moritz ahead of her record breaking year.
In this series, 'Uncharted' goes behind the scenes with the world's best triathletes in training as they prepare for the toughest, most competitive races in professional triathlon.

the woman is 5 time IM WC, 5 time 70.3 WC, world record holder for best IM time and all you have to show is her swimming and riding. need urgent story telling uograde.

It's the concept of these uncharted series and they did show her running as well 🙂. if you watch the Jan Frodeno uncharted you will find the same pattern. I guess the aim is to show the athlete in their environment, as natural as possible, as much as they want to share without being asked. I actually like it because it is different, and in the case of Daniela I think the outside peace corresponds with her inner peace. Such an imposing presence by a quiet, motivated achiever.
