Adam was great at the start although lacking confidence and audience interaction/vocal feedback etc is just not present. Then Adam became more focused on his appearance. No one has Freddies powerhouse soul or love of his audience but Marc is a close singer. We need Marc's voice and some of, not all because it's got to much look at him at the jubilee concert!!! Adams extravagance and eccentrics. Still there will never be a Freddie his personality and talent can't be reprocated in one person other than Freddie and he's the one everyone loves.

He's definitely not eccentric, he's as good a frontman and showman as Freddie ever was. I am a Queen fan and loved Freddie, he would have loved Adam and been jealous of his talent. You like MM so go ahead and enjoy him but please note Adam will be in QAL till they retire.

In "Bohemian Rhapsody " Rami Malek (Mr. Robot) played Freddie Mercury and Marc did 90% of the vocal for the entire movie.. Rami sang a little bit..and was VERY dedicated to learning to sing..Marc sat with him and helped him a lot..Which, being a musician like I am, I can imagine it id very difficult to teach someone to sing who has no prior music background..

He has worked hard for the achievements you want to dismiss because you are an Adam fangirl. Also, Queen didn't sell out with Freddie Mercury??? @Jeanette Kejling Thanks, I found the numbers. You've misunderstood/misquoted me. I stated that Adam has been on the INTERNATIONAL stage longer than Marc. That is a fact. Adam's appearance on American Idol and as guest lead for Queen has given him much more exposure than Marc. If you really want to make a case for popularity based on numbers, you need to look at the current trend, not the aggregate number since the exposure has been vastly different. Queen sold out many arena and stadium concerts, so I stand by my point.

Marc used to have his own band. When he’d come off stage people would say you know who you sound like and he finally got to the point he’d say yeah I know Freddie Mercury! He really does. I think that’s why Queen didn’t use him with the original 2 left. But he does a Tribute Concert and travels and does Queen’s songs. He auditioned for it playing and singing Bohemian Rhapsody! Won it hands down! He’s sooo much better than Adam Lambert ever thought about being. He even had to sing some in the movie along with Rami Malek. I love Marc. Can’t stand Adam!

TheBlackywo0d Everyone to their own taste as far as Adam is concerned. He sings good but I didn’t like him on American Idol and I don’t like him with Queen. It irks me to no end to see him wearing a crown. Grant you it’s different than the one Freddie wore; but there was only one Queen that should wear a crown and that’s Freddie! I was afraid if they had Marc with Brian and Roger people would really compare him to Freddie. But he sang Somebody to Love in front of Celine Dion and after he sang the first few notes I thought she was going to have a heart attack Bc he sounded so much like Freddie! Marc is really talented Bc he not only sings, he plays piano, and guitar. Adam can’t play any instrument. To me that’s a lot of what makes these people great. When they can do more than just sing. But I really am a fan of Marc’s. But there will NEVER be another Freddie! He truly is a LEGEND! He was just gone too soon. But thank God we have his music to remember him by.

@@Mxmom121 , I feel the exact same way. Adam should NEVER wear a crown while with Queen. He never earned it and it's disrespectful to Freddie's memory. Freddie was the King of Queen. Freddie named the band Queen, created the Queen crest, wrote most of the hit songs, played piano beautifully and moved all over huge stages putting on a magnificent show! It was Freddie that started ending their shows wearing the crown. Without Freddie, there would not be Queen.
