Talk about recording on deaths door? Mother Love is far closer. Recorded 6 months before his death, and is still able to hit amazing high notes. Greatest Lead Vocal ever!

Chiliholic just that part? Where did you see that? (I'm legitimately asking, I'm curious). But even if the story is just for that one line, I don't think that Freddie's body could've managed doing too many takes at that point in his illness, so it's still an amazing thing what he did.

You have to love the armchair critics...the men and women that couldn't hit a note if it were the broad side of a barn, yet describe his voice as 'weak'. They probably saw Rog say "It was an ailing voice - but still, he hit a note," and somehow interpreted that to mean Freddie's voice was weak. He recorded some of his most beautiful...some of his most powerful vocals while ill. Much respect to him.

"The Show Must Go On" lyrics Queen Lyrics "The Show Must Go On" Empty spaces. What are we living for? Abandoned places. I guess we know the score. On and on. Does anybody know what we are looking for? Another hero, Another mindless crime Behind the curtain In the pantomime. Hold the line. Does anybody want to take it anymore? Show must go on. Show must go on. Inside my heart is breaking. My make-up may be flaking. But my smile still stays on. Whatever happens, I'll leave it all to chance. Another heartache, Another failed romance. On and on. Does anybody know what we are living for? I guess I'm learning. I must be warmer now. I'll soon be turning 'Round the corner now. Outside the dawn is breaking, But inside in the dark I'm aching to be free. Show must go on. Show must go on. Inside my heart is breaking. My make-up may be flaking, But my smile still stays on. My soul is painted like the wings of butterflies. Fairytales of yesterday will grow but never die. I can fly, my friends. Show must go on. Show must go on. I'll face it with a grin. I'm never giving in- Oh-with the show. I'll top the bill, I'll overkill. I have to find the will to carry on with the show. On with the show. Show must go on.

I found this accidentally. Freddy the magnificent singer, musician, prolific songwriter, and someone who knew how you felt is in this song. Now he gave us a candid glimpse of him. I am In tears as i write this because he meant so much to many of us in the 70's and 80's, and still does.. The man put body and soul into his music, and time and time again told the world it was for us, the fans. I for one am thankful he did all this for me.His lifestyle, crazy habits, temper tantrum's etc, is not our business. Our business is what the man gave us and still does all these years later. Bless you Fred.
