Nice reaction Sassy, My son turned me on to Keane some years ago and one of the first things I told him was that the singer has a Freddy Mercury feel to his voice. "Everybody's Changing" is another great Keane song.

Lovely song, I like it in any version! He did a very good job. I think his voice is naturally a bit higher than Freddie‘s so he reached those notes a bit easier. Sassy, there are still two lovely John Deacon songs, you haven’t reacted to. "You’re my best friend" an "You and I". "You‘re my best friend" is a song from John Deacon to his one and only wife. It has been a single from the album „A Night at the Opera“, but has of course been standing in the shadow by the big hit Bohemian Rhapsody. Nevertheless it had lots of airplay ever since, and has also been used in several commercials. Many know this song, but don‘t know it‘s Queen. Maybe you have already heard it before somewhere? You and I is a sweet album song from "A day at the Races", just sweet.

Thanks for doing that, I got all nervous when I saw that you were doing it, glad you enjoyed it, the way that he just walks on stage, and the first thing you hear from him is when he belts out"I don't want my freedom" definitely grabs your attention, Keane were a very good band, very musical,and definitely worth a listen especially late at night when you are wanting to unwind, keep up the great work 👍👍

It's surprising that Brian would forget that the song was performed live on The Works tour in 1984/85--maybe he was referring to a live version with this guy....Anyways, Chaplin did a good job on the song and I prefer him over Adam Lambert.

It's a folk song.They are my second favorite band closely behind Queen.So many beautiful songs with deep lyrics.I would love to see your reaction to a solo song from their leader Mike Scott-She Is So Beautiful and then react with you brother in law to The Waterboys -My Wanderings In The Weary Land. IMO it's the best song of the year so far
