erg goed dat dit soort filmpjes op youtube verschijnen. mensen weten vaak niet hoe verstild en tegelijk hoe machtig een orgel kan klinken. aangezien de herkenning bij dit soort muziek natuurlijk erg hoog is, wordt het orgel weer dichter bij de mensen gebracht in plaats van dat alleen kerkgangers het horen! daarnaast maakte Queen muziek die m.i. toch net een stukje beter in elkaar zit dan het gemiddelde popnummer! Mooi gedaan!

I assume that the organ is historic,or one with mechanical key & stop action. That means registration changes cannot be pre-set. I guess you'd marke them on the music & have assistance on hand if you were playing a recital. Doing it single-handed is remarkable.

Some tracker organs are built in such a way that coupling manuals does not cause other keys to move. A tracker organ uses mechanical linkages (as opposed to electrical) to open and close air to pipes. If you want to learn more about tracker organs, search for "tracker action" on Wikipedia and Google around for it, there are some excellent diagrams and demonstrations.
