I'll join the majority of commenters and say the whole 20 minutes of Queen's Live Aid set is a must watch, it shows what great musicians can achieve with just their voices and instruments (for Freddie that includes the crowd), without the light shows and pyrotechnics, that a lot of live shows appear to rely on.

I was at Live Aid and was in that crowd. I was 16 years old at the time and the first time I saw Queen live. We didn't know they were going to appear as they hadn't been confirmed, nor were they on the tickets. However we all went CRAZY when they came on and they were amazing. After they had finished the rest of the day seemed pretty flat and Queen were all we could talk of. At 6.40pm on the 13 July 1985 the world stopped turning for 20 minutes !!!! I am now 52 years old and have been a Queen fan ever since. I saw Queen live twice the following year, once at Wembley July 1986 for their Magic Tour and then for the finale of the tour where there were 150,000 of us in the crowd at Knebworth Park. Queen flew over us in helicopters, it was amazing. Sadly though it was Freddie's ever last performance LIVE with Queen and more tragically it was never recorded as someone forgot to press the "record" button and all that remains to this day are what the fans (in the days of no mobiles) were video recordings (on actual video recorders) and the quality is horrendous. RIP my hero Freddie Mercury, you were and still are a Legend. Stay safe from Manchester UK xx You have to do more reactions, you'll be hooked. Queen were the only band who sounded the same (if not better) live than the studio versions. I've listed some other songs/performances you must do :- Entire 20 Minute performance - LIVE AID 1985 Another One Bites the Dust - LIVE at Wembley 1986 (Saturday night version) Who Wants to Live Forever - LIVE at Wembley 1986 Love of My Life - LIVE at Wembley 1986 One Vision - LIVE at Wembley 1986 Tie Your Mother Down/In the Lap of the Gods/Seven Seas of Rhye/Tear it Up Medley - LIVE Wembley 1986 Bohemian Rhapsody - LIVE at Montreal 1981 Somebody to Love - LIVE at Montreal 1981 Dragon Attack - LIVE at Montreal 1981 Save Me - LIVE at Montreal 1981

WOWZERS - YOU GOT TO DO THE 20 MIN SET OF LIVE AID WHICH WAS A CHARITY EVENT FOR THE FAMINE IN AFRICA. QUEEN’S PERFORMANCE IS RECOGNIZED AS THE SINGLE BEST PERFORMANCE BY A ROCK BAND 👑🏆(Considering the circumstances). Queen ruled the day & Freddie ruled the world. In 20 min Queen squeezed in 6 songs that held the crowd captive & Freddie wrangled the audience at his will. PULEAZE 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Luv you guys!!

72 thousand people I believe that stadium holds. It was a benefit concert for the starving people in Ethiopia, It said that not much money was coming in, but once Queen hit the stage, in their 20 minute set they brought it 1.5 million dollars. I hope you take the time to do the whole set, it's a totally different experience from beginning to end. when they came out, the bands of the 80's thought they were just going to be a "has been band from the 70's", and surprisingly they stole the show. I felt bad for any band that had to follow them because they raised the bar so high after their performance there was no surpassing them. Even to this day, no one can touch Freddy and his wide range of vocals, he could sing from almost the bottom of the keyboard to the top, just about every note and with such power and passion! It went down as the greatest performance in rock history.

What's really amazing is that Freddie had laryngitis the week before this concert and was advised by his doctor not to perform.

Hi Guys, THANK YOU for the great Queen/Freddie Mercury reaction! You really, REALLY need to react to Queen's whole 20-minute Live Aid set; it's been rated as the BEST performance in rock music history. (It NEEDS to be watched all-in-one-go, though... not chopped-up, because the energy BUILDS during the performance.)

YOU just appeared on my. If you want to grow your channel, after you explore Queen, Listen to Chris Stapleton singing Tennessee Whiskey, Death Row and Man's World. He's country, but bluesy and soulful. Tell your wife to have a fan ready. All the best friend. ❤👏👏👏👏

Also fun fact, it’s just a random one, since you guys are newly discovering queen. I noticed a lot of people that react to queen think the guitarist (Brian May) has a perm, but he actually doesn’t have a perm. It’s all natural. I just got this randomly in my head right now lmao. There’s quite a handful of white celebrities that have natural curly hair. Brian May is Ashkenazi Jewish Decent (European Descending Jewish People), and a lot of Ashkenazi Jewish people have curly hair. He actually used to straighten his hair as a teenager, but when he started looking up to Jimmy Hendrix, then he started letting it go, also another fun fact Jimmy Hendrix was Freddie Mercury’s inspiration as well. But yeah, like Adam Sandler is Russian Jewish (has natural curly hair), Seth Rogan is Jewish, Jonah Hill is Jewish. Also Bruno Mars. I honestly thought Bruno Mars was African American before to be honest with you, he was my favorite artist as a kid, now I opened up to classic rock. But I guess Bruno mars mom is Filipino, and his dad has natural curly hair, and his dad is Puerto Rican/Ukrainian/Hungarian Jewish. This comment mixed up so much lol
