I tried it recently to get oil stains, from my bicycle chain, that got on my jeans. This stuff is the best thing I have tried in over 40 years. I am 61.

Love this soap. Used it in my housecleaning business 40 years ago. It worked really well cleaning painted wood surfaces with hand grime. Doors, bannisters etc. Totally great for grease stains on clothing, and as the Queen said if you still see the stain after washing, don’t put it in the dryer, try treating again and wash in machine once more.

I love Fels-Naptha! It smells great and it WORKS. I'm sensitive/allergic to regular laundry detergent, if I have to stick my hand in the wash for some reason, I get clusters of tiny but painful blisters. But Fels-Naptha doesn't do that, I can get it all over my hands with no problems. It's still strong enough to do the job even better than modern detergents though!

I use Fels- Naptha for bath soap... Very Gentle on the skin and lasts a long time.......I tried it a long time ago to treat my Poison Ivy and just kept using it.... Great stuff!

Works on grease stains that have been washed and dried. I also first use a paper towel to blot up the grease. After that I apply the Fels Naphtha wet bar, spray with some H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide), and then reapply Fels Naphtha. Leave for 15 minutes, then launder.

Its sure does.. I had to shower about two times a day for an entire week with the bar itself.. Not with my body sponge.. Just the bar itself rubbing on the area only of the rashes.. I had to absatain from everything else for that week even from shampoo because it all rolls down.. So.. It worked.. For me it did at least..

I like them both but fels smells better to me. Actually I put them together & make my own laundry soap bcuz I love them both so much lol. My clothes smell good for a long time.

You get a cheese shredder, a couple of bars and shred them into flakes. Then you throw in a few spoonfuls into your wash

Not sure... But I will tell you a tip that worked for cleaning up wax for me in the past use a hairdryer or heat gun to heat the wax to its liquid point and then you can soak it up with a paper towel or something.
