Well they all grew up catholic/Christian so you do have that view in there and as they’ve gotten older they’ve formed their own opinions on things but they are very open only wanting a Christian makes it one sided if you want a full open discussion you need Muslim Jewish atheist all of the different beliefs and what they are saying is believe and do what makes you happy and don’t push it on people they are being very open in this conversation

I grew up non-denominational and had a very different experience than that. I think the convo would have been more interesting with more than one perspective. They all seemed to share the same one, so the convo just had one tone.

When it comes to spirits and opening yourself to them, you can't pick and choose what comes in or leaves. So yes, inviting in good spirits opens up the same door that bad spirits can also walk through. (I've done a lot of research on this due to my curiosity of spirituality and tarot and my belief in God and the fact that they conflict.) Everyone has the right to believe what they want, but I choose to personalize my relationship with God. I don't go to church, but I believe in what the Bible says and I speak to God on my own terms. It pretty much has nothing to do with religion for me, just God... Me and God. That's it.

@@newamcleod1515 Because, like the ladies mentioned in the video, the Bible advises you to keep away from any type of witchcraft, sorcery or mediums. It deems them evil. I’m an Aquarius, so those things are naturally very intriguing to me (as is astrology. 😊) But I think the problem comes in when a person starts to rely more on those things, other human beings and the spirits they call on or inanimate objects, rather than putting their faith in God himself to get things done. When you open the spiritual door with a medium, you never know which spirits are being let in: good or bad, cuz they both use the same door. And honestly... praying is A LOT cheaper. I find the only time I seek out those things is when I’m feeling hopeless and need answers, but I learned to just trust my own discernment and make the decisions for myself. And when all else fails, trust God to handle it. Otherwise, I’d be running to a reading every time it’s time to make a decision because as an Aquarius, I also have an addictive personality. But the bad thing about that is relying on the reading would weaken my belief in myself to make the right decision on my own. I hope that makes sense! ✨

What I love about Aliya: she has so much knowledge and wisdom yet her mind is open. She wants to learn from every person she comes in contact with. She knows she doesn’t have all the answers and isn’t afraid to be vulnerable. That is an incredible trait. So many people in her position think they know everything and those kind of people are not true leaders. Aliya is a true leader and opens herself up so that people feel comfortable seeking her guidance. What an inspiration. The difference between prayer and manifesting is that when you manifest, you are guiding your own life and putting it in your own hands. In prayer, you are asking another entity to take control and do something for you and guide you where they see fit, according to their will.

I didn’t really speak much and we have talked a couple of times, but I got myself out of the dance industry in the beginning of 2020. Also, Jasmine knows me because she used to watch my son. Please listen to the lady that spoke to you in Atlanta. Watching this I started crying because my spirit was mourning for you and for those who do not know the Lord. As I was watching this, the Lord told me to open my bible to the book of Proverbs and this is what is says; Proverbs 1:22 “How long will you who are simple love your simple ways? God is a God of order we didn’t put ourselves in this world, we need to lean towards God because this world is not ours. For example nature follows his orders the sun comes up and still goes down, the seasons still change regardless of how we feel. The animals know their place in the animal kingdom but humans try to please self but we should be aiming towards pleasing God because one thing we can’t control is death and you want to make sure you are good with God before you die. We never experience anything eternal on this earth but after death we not coming back it’s forever.

I’ve personally never read a scripture in the Bible that says if you dance, fornicate, curse, drink, etc that you’re damned to hell. I have however read that we will all sin but we must REPENT meaning turn away from. For example: the sin is not drinking, the sin is being drunk! The Bible says do not indulge in things that will alter your mind. But it doesn’t say if you do, then you’re going to hell. I think a lot of people take what they want from the Bible & twist it to what fits them. & I think that is the main reason why there so many people in this newer generation that are anti- religion & anti- church! Growing up i heard a lot of older people say those things will send you to hell, but could never give me a scripture to back that. We need to read the Bible for ourselves. Manifestation vs Prayer: you can pray & manifest! Prayer is a conversation with God! Asking for guidance or thanking Him for example! I connect manifestation with having faith. You’re just speaking what you want into existence & believing it will happen & working towards those things you want. When I’m manifesting I speak those things that I want & pray that God let HIS will be done. If what I’m manifesting for myself is in HIS will I pray that it comes to fruition.

I don't understand why there are some people in the comments saying that they didn't watch the video because they knew they'd dislike what the girls were going to say regarding their views on religion. They are simply just stating their opinions, how and why are you mad at that? Just as you have your perspective on religion which you're entitled to, so are they. These women are not disrespecting or mocking anyone who is a Christian or of any other religious background, they're simply expressing their opinions. I have been going through so much in regard from new age/my spirituality, and God. Since October last year. I agree with AJ with the same sex topic. It can be a physical desire and that’s it. I’ve felt that way before where a sexual desire is a thought but to date or be in a full on relationship with a woman isn’t. I was also just speaking about manifestation and prayer. I feel like manifestation is a way to speak out things you want and desire to happen in you’re life. However, I believe there is nothing more powerful than the act of prayer and speaking with your god. To manifest is to just speak it out loud and kind of tell your mind that you must do it or it must happen. To pray is to have a deeper connection with whoever your god is, you do your part to get to a point, god does his part and that’s what I would say is the difference. I grew up Baptist Christian and I got through all things in my life through prayer. I do feel like during these days and times more people speak of more manifestation and less of God, Jesus, and prayer, etc. Growing up how I don’t think anything in this world would be possible if god isn’t in on it. So I think to manifest is a great act and habit but it’s not deeper than god’s will with prayer added. To only manifest is to speak and assume it happens because you spoke of it. But to pray and talk to god is because he heard your manifestations and he hard the prayer. Just my perspective. I grew along the lines of what Jas’s views are. I don’t agree with all that’s in the Bible and I don’t claim to be holy and a saint but with my roots there is a god and whatever my relationship is with him is what’s important. It is completely based on what we want to believe and feel. It’s all about respect. But yes you should believe in something, whatever that may be. To think there’s no one or nothing out there after life or who/what we should focus on is odd to me. I loved this convo ladies. Most of all I love to respect and value other people’s opinions.

Manifesting(affirmations) & prayer definitely goes hand in hand. We all use different names. At end of the day, I don’t see nothing wrong with that as long as we are seeking enlightenment. People should guide others instead of forcing their beliefs on others. If people want to use something to help promote personal healing there’s nothing wrong with that as long as it’s not harmful, whether it’s music, Herbs, nature, or whatever you need for self care: self care leads to higher frequencies & vibrations. Smudge sticks are made of natural herbs from the earth. Herbs are natural fragrances, cleanse the bacteria in the space & have many other benefits, that allows a clearer headspace. Having a relationship with God is spiritually. That’s what people fail to understand. However, doing witchcraft and spells, that’s not okay. But manifesting is not unholy or anything. You can pray and manifest at the same time. But it’s all about the relationship with God. God is not a religion. You don’t crystals or sage to remove or gain good and bad spirits. if anything, you’re inviting spirits that you shouldn’t be. Sage is for certain cultures and important to them for certain reasons. Wow! I love this conversation. You guys aren't going to hell because of what you do. You are actually going solely to Heaven because you believe, and that's it. There are some things that Christian's say that's from their culture and some are actually from the Bible. But God, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit just want to be in relationship with you. Yes, they do have principles, but He really just wants your heart and love. Relationship starts with love and not rules, and I think it should be the same with God, and then we work to maintain them. For me, my world was upset because someone died for me, raise up again, and left me himself to be better. And I couldn't be the same. I cant choose to be the same because of what was done for me. And I don't know all the bible or your personal convictions, but I know I like Him. I want to learn more. Honeslty, Christianity doesn't come naturally to me, and that's the point. We are naturally sinners, and He is naturally holy and perfect. So it's not natural. I think that there is an absolute truth of eternity. And I think its important to love others and speak the truth becaus eGod is coming back, but I agree with you. People should not force God down your throat. And I'm so sorry for believers who use God and the bible for their convenience and judgement. And something I had to learn was that God uses natural things to show who He is, so we will get wise words from someone who has their issues and can sadly be judgmental when saying it. But I love how you guys say that we should have something to believe in because even if you believe you don't beleive in anything you actually do lol. If you are scared to go out and be you, then they beleive that if they can stay in their corner and be private they won't get hurt. Thank you for this conversations.

I remember Jazz was up in here talking about how she got sidelined after auditioning for a Trey Songz gig coz she wasn't part of an agency. I love that more people are getting into tarot, manifestation, and things related to spirituality or even the occult. Instead of dismissing it as devil shit or whatever brainwashed belief people follow. It's a misconception that things like tarot and Christian or Catholic beliefs (or just the general belief in God) are mutually exclusive. Most people that criticize religion are criticizing the structure not the act of being religious (if it's not bothering others). Technically, I guess the two are different (it depends on how you manifest I guess) but they can be done together. Some manifestation can be said in the form of a prayer.

This was my least favorite of the convos... only because I felt the opinions were one-sided and not diverse enough for me. Jazz did make some really good points, actually. I think these ladies, like many others, may have just had some really bad experiences with religion that caused them to look at all religion the same way. Also, these ladies are really young, so they seem to hold that belief that what makes us happy or satisfies us on an individual level is most important and I respectfully disagree. I think we all serve a higher purpose than fulfilling our own desires.

I agree and I also think that’s the difference between manifestation and prayer with them. I think they were using manifesting as speaking things you want or make up happy into existence whereas prayer is more so guidance for what you truly need or what God has ordained for you. I know a lot of times people say God doesn’t always deliver what you want but what you need

I feel like with prayer and manifestation they are both conversations with something beyond yourself like you guys are saying like when you’re manifesting you’re saying I am this I am that I am beautiful I am powerful I am beautiful I am this I am that that’s like you’re you’re telling that higher power that you know this about yourself where a prayer is you’re still having a conversation you’re having a conversation with again a higher power but now it’s it’s kind of like prayer is more for listening where is manifestation as you are affirming if that makes sense because when you’re praying you are saying I am not in the state of mind to acknowledge urban I am acknowledging that I’m not in the state of mine to figure that out right now so I need assistance from a higher power to help me be able to manifest these things help me to be able to understand what I need to manifest and then you go went once you have listened to that higher power and you realize OK I was wondering about doing like I am struggling with school is this even when I need to be doing is this what I meant to be doing or am I supposed to be doing something else and once you have that answer of what it whatever question you had then you know come to that realization that I was supposed to be I am a preacher or a a a healer and now OK how am I going to heal I am speaking in manifesting into the universe that I am a healer I help to heal people I hope to him I hope people to understand how to kill themselves and stuff like that if that makes sense so praying is a conversation with a higher power saying what do I need to do I need help with answers and manifestation is I am this I am that and that is just meAnd I’m speaking it into existence at that point what which is helping me to become whatever I have whatever the answer to my question was

Aliya, i always admire your work as a dancer and i respect all your opinions on this Podcast. However, that empty chair needed to be filled by someone with different perspective too, only to have more variety of opinions on the things you guys were talking about. Such as long distance relationships, no one of you had that experience but no one of you talked about your point of view either...so me personally i was curious cuz ive been in a long distance relationship for 6 years and now im married with that man, my best friend. Well that and the other things like religion and spiritual topic was also needed a different opinion. Maybe get a christian guy to talk about it,or a married woman to talk about marriage and how to spicy things up idk...hope this gets it on the right way. Best wishes.

Yes I believe In Jesus Christ Almighty my family was not much into god but when my brother starting get weak and sick he would tell our mom he would see Jesus and Jesus said would tell him you're coming home soon my mom would say tell this Jesus person you want to stay with your mom and family he would look at her like if she was crazy mind you he is 6 years old! He past at 7 years old from heart failure before he past he asked my mom turn away God is coming for me So Yes I believe in jesus Christ he introduced us to Christ.my mom past away as well years later I was 15 it hurt so bad but I know she is with Jesus and her family through all the pain and hurt I wouldn't know where I would be without god he saved this family he showerd his love and peace upon us im thankful we are saved through jesus Christ ❤
