Reading through the inserts felt like a little journal with personal touches from the bands, they were always so unique and often had lots of little info and quotes from members. I was 15 and salty about being born too late for "good music" when this came out. Songs for the deaf would have been the very first thing I heard that was rad and of my own time. Man, I remember seeing this video like it was yesterday. I must’ve been like 8 years old when this began to ran on MTV, when that car drove through that fence and the song started blasting, my brain was locked in and I was mesmerized from what I was witnessing. The pure energy in this song and video is just unmatched to this day. Got to see them live first time ever a few weeks back, it was a dream come true and when this song started the crowd went F’N NUTS, myself included. Haven’t had that kind of experience in my life. If you ever get the chance of seeing these dudes live, do not hesitate to do so. This band is beyond badass forever.
