Ahhh, the good ol' days. I miss Nick. He always gave the band a hard and heavier edge.

The night before this they played at a club in my city called the Millenium, which eventually became The Loop. I saw them that night and it changed my life. I 18, was front row center. Covered in sweat, brusies all over me but i loved it on a rare friday night that i didnt have to go to work the next morning. Just brilliant

Qotsa is not Qotsa without Nick's killer bass lines and insane antics... I am sure this is what Mr H doesn't want to hear or even gives a f+ck but.... its true!

how have they not put this song on a qotsa album yet? one of the best imo

I prefer the Plastic Turks version. The “drugged, heavy yet blissful” sound of the original and the drumming is superior in my opinion.

@timbo177 I agree but....... the band isn't the same and never will be the same!.... it's lost it's edge to a extent without Nick! And I am sure it was a move that Mr H really had no choice in doing and wasn't happy about it! I still think Qotsa is a great band but now its a bit homogenized compared to the early days with Nick!

...love Mark Lanegan. I've yet to really dive deep into Screaming Trees. Yes, i'm being lazy, but could you mention 2 or 3 songs of theirs with vibes like this? Thanks in advance.
