Can we talk about how the middle 8 sounds like it's emulating the Doors' Roadhouse Blues. Hommes vocals and lyrics are absolutely THRIVING during that part, followed by the bridge with the demon lyrics? Classic Homme play on words with the lyrics there. "To seize all your demons, carpe demon". Amazing outro to the record, followed by that acoustic outro??? Gave me those Zeppelin-esque vibes they were emulating a bit with the acoustic stuff in Rated R/Songs for the Deaf, as well as flashbacks of Kyuss. @@RedBleedingBult unfortunately I think they're still So underrated as a whole with society. They don't make that normal cookie cutter rock and roll. Which is what I love about them. I saw a reddit post earlier that a woman posted saying there was only 1 woman to every 5 men at the record release party. Which makes sense. Queens is definitely an acquired taste
