This song was wayyy harder than I expected it to be, so many little details hidden I didn't notice before. Tough song to play so a few mistakes but overall happy with this. I'll do a lesson when I get free time, it might be a long one because there is so much haha

It took me a long time to be able to do it really accurately but all the hours of practice is definitely worth it. It's also a combination of watching live videos and slowing down and figuring out roughly where their hands are for certain sections I'm stuck on!

I would enjoy to see you do River in the Road, I can play it fine but I can't fully figure out the leads to it. The song is in E and the rhythm consists of octave chords (or at least how I play it and it sounds fine) with the 6th and 4th strings and the notes are G, B, F#, G, E, F#, D, and B and it repeats in that order.

It’s on my list for sure. These covers are getting harder and harder because the tones are getting harder to achieve and also I don’t know all the parts so takes time to figure it all out, it will be done though I promise 👌🏻 Rated R is the bitch when it comes to tones, such a frustrating album for figuring out the magic tones hahaha

I mainly play through Rocksmith 2014 and I have one main tone I use for a big majority of Queens and I had to make a different one for Skin On Skin specifically and I have another different one that I use for Another Love Song, Auto Pilot, and Vampyre of Time and Memory. I also have a quieter one for certain intros and some tones specifically for feedback or reverb for the opening for Song for the Deaf.

did you just shoot 1 riff and loop each part? the video looks glitchy and sped up

I didn’t know what you meant at first but at 1:29/1:30 I do the exact same movements and that’s weirded me out as that was not planned and no I don’t shoot and loop a riff, you can watch any of my over videos and see that. I record all my parts in one long take Just those moves synchronised perfectly but you can see they are different takes 😂 and no the videos aren’t sped up, it’s shot at a higher frame rate which makes the video look smoother than the usual 24fps
