Hiya john, thank you for commenting. Yes i do prefer in ground ponds as its more natural. And i think you can really see the difference with the wild life (insects) that visits the pond

Thanks vince. 👍🏻Yeah my little ones are growing and look pretty good. I just wish i had another pond to put them in so i could see them at 40 to 50cm. 🤣 but i cant afford that. So they have got to go. 😫

Its more blueish. With a tint of brown in its head, so... Basically a doits sorigoi/ ochiba looking mirror carp..🤪 came from the ochiba male. But Nessie didnt spwan at that time. So i have no idea how i got it. But it would look amazing at 50+cm in a pond with a window.
