Finally made queso blanco at home after so many failures. This was the first recipe that told me to make a roux and it worked! It also helped me to make sure that my cheeses were room temperature or at least not super cold. Thank you!

Finally! Someone who makes queso with a roux and real cheese!! Too many "cooks" on KZbin take shortcuts with processed cheese in their recipes. Refreshing to see it done the correct way. 🙂
