Just tested my deck, and with a few mild tweaks (cutting sol ring, arcane signet, reliquary tower, and command tower for basic islands, and swiftfoot boots for lavaspur boots) my Neerdiv Combo/Voltron deck managed to just barely fly under the 150 threshold! (146 to be exact) Turns out when your commander is a) Mono Blue, b) Brand new, and c) Cares about weird shit like Disturb, you get a hipster-ass decklist
