My house is upside down with preps everywhere. Pantry, closets, cupboards have all overdosed. There are tubs and boxes of stuff all over the place driving me crazy. I don't handle clutter well. I bought my son a Bible for his 11th Birthday back in March, he wasnt really interested in it then but he just told me he opened it and started reading it couple days ago. Lysol makes a laundry product to sanitize clothing. You soak the clothes for 16 minutes, then finish the laundry cycle. It will be very useful in times of illness and as a preventative measure.

FYI there is a potential chance that the dockworkers could go on strike next week too, October 1, if they can’t agree on a contract. If they go on strike it’s going to affect our supply chain. Not only am I prepping for what might happen between the election and January but I’m prepping for Thanksgiving, 3 family members birthdays and making sure everyone something under the tree. I always shop early for Christmas and try to finish my shopping before Thanksgiving but my goal this year is to finish shopping in the next week or so in case there is a strike while the stores are stocked. I finished up shopping for my husband yesterday for Christmas and his birthday that is the end of November. I’m feeling the stress to get things done a lot sooner this year.

I was running my air conditioner two days ago, but it has rained and it's chilly in the morning. My air conditioner is done for the year. The wood stove will be in it's place tomorrow. We have two Dollar General stores here. They are about a mile and a half apart. But we have Rocklahoma, which doubles the population for 3-4 days when they have an event. They get wiped out every time. DG has about priced me away here. The Dollartree is next door to one of them. The same can of cherry pie filling that is $1.25 at dollartree is $3.74 next door at DG. A $4 pizza, $6.50 at DG. Maybe yours is cheaper.

Our DG Market is a blessing out here in the sticks where we live they have everything you could need to survive !! Fruit , vegetables, everything you might need to prepare meals !! And saves me a 30 minute drive to the big blue box store

And I must say that I totally appreciate all of your videos on goats! It is a lot harder than I thought it would be to learn how to milk.
