Was Air Guard away for training in California (I think March AFB) mid 2010's. Home team, Red Sox were playing Dodgers with playoff implications, thought there was no way we'd get a ticket--playoff implications for both. Instead we had no problem! Center field bleachers, all you can eat and drink (dogs, nachos, popcorn, sodas) for $50!! No way in Boston...good time!

I used to drive a military van in the 80s and I would take our patients from George AFB CA in Victorville to March AFB and also to Balboa Naval Hospital in San Diego. I did that drive once a week. 😃 Sounds like an awesome time! Dodger stadium is heaven on earth. I just love that place; so many great memories for me. Nothing like eating a foot-long hotdog during the game. Baseball is still my favorite sport because of my Dodgers.

Yes; they will accept your prescription from the U.S. A complete eye exam is so cheap here; will not cost you more than $10. You can get a complete eye package at EO (Executive Optical) for 795 pesos (eye exam, frames, and glasses); $14 total.

Hi my friend, missed your live video but I was wondering if you could make a video or make us foreigners understand better what the situation is going on about China and the Philippines. I seen on the news China ran there ship into a Philippines coast guard ship in the China sea. Is this situation serious enough to cause a war? Just something a little scary to think about when moving there.. have a great day my friend.

Hello my friend. I’ll see if I can make a video about China and the Philippines. I understand the issue because I’m retired U.S. military. My personal opinion; nothing to worry about here my friend. China will intimidate and ram ships (been doing it for years) but will not commit an act of war. The U.S. and it’s allies (Japan, Australia, South Korea, Great Britain, Canada, etc.) have been conducting military exercises in the Philippines for decades. The U.S. is currently fortifying and putting millions of dollars on 8 Philippine bases in the Philippines. There are always U.S. troops in the Philippines. There is mutual defense treaty between the U.S. and Philippines in place. An act of war against the Philippines is an act of war against the United States. China does not want to go to war against the United States.

I know my friend. He is one of my favorite Dodger pitchers (Fernando, Hershiser, Kershaw). 😁 I hope Kershaw gets a chance in the playoffs (maybe bullpen); gut out one last playoff run. I’m happy he is on the team. He deserves it; even for one last final run at the championship. It would be a great story book ending if he can get another championship. 😁

@@Boxster2024 My first game in Dodger stadium was watching Fernando pitch. I can still remember the feeling of being at Dodger stadium for the first time. One of my best memories ever as a sports fan.
