Speaking to the 60-year-old woman who wants to lose weight. I switched to WFPB diet years ago along with Intermittent Fasting (IF). Fairly quickly I dropped from the high 130's to my ideal 125 pounds. It's no struggle to maintain, and I can eat whatever I want within the WFPB "rules". It's shocking how easily we can drop those extra pounds when we stop eating animals and oil. Please consider these options!

Cashew sub use sunflower seeds. They have vitamin E and better than cashews in general.

FYI if you do have kidney disease best to eliminate coffee.
